Account detail recording in cashbook payment
Hi, Auditors just completed an audit our first since taking up rex trust accounting. They have advised that BSB and account details should be in every payment. Would be very helpful if there were a field for this when completing a payment. Would also assist Qld agencies to meeting their requirements with OFT under the act.

We have had the same issue after our last trust account audit. The Trust Cash Book Payments report needs to report bank account numbers that money is being paid into. I am having to run a separate report from our internet banking in order to be compliant. Other Real Estate CRM's have this feature.

I agree with this request and would like to see more done for REX trust accounting to support OFT requirements in QLD. I have logged a job with REX to address some of the issues but they have advised the changes will be based on the votes in uservoice and not the legislation requirements.
