Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Make the appointment tab on a listing available in pocket Rex
When you use the appointment tab in a listing to book in viewing times you can not access this from pocket Rex, we need to be able to view and add appointments in this tab on each listing from pocket Rex.

When agents want to change the record owner, this request is sent to the principal of the agency
Just like requesting permission to a record, we should be able to also have a request to change the record owner - which is then sent to the principal/account holder to approve.

Emailing or printing purchasers receipt only
We have just moved to Rex and previously have always been able to generate a pdf of the purchasers deposit receipt so we can email it to them. Unfortunately Rex only lets you print both the original receipt and the office duplicate on the one page. Therefore we have to print the receipts, cut in half, scan the purchasers receipt into our server and then email the purchaser. This is so time consuming and totally unnecessary. Could I please request that the system be updated so we can at least generate a pdf of the purchasers copy only?

When a track is updated, updated already assigned tracks with updated tasks
It would be really helpful, as we expand our business & ideas that when we update a track in the Admin section, it reflects on tracks that have already been assigned instead of manually going through each property to delete & re-enter a track to get the updated tasks required.

Checkbox in Rex for Feature Listing on Siteloft Website Homepage
It would be useful if there was a checkbox in the listing to push across to our Siteloft developed website for listings to be featured on our Home page.

My problem is sometimes we get involved in lengthy back and forward correspondence via text on our phones with buyers. In the past I have shared the text via email back to my computer where i cut and paste in to Stream on Rex. This is a timely process, and I was looking for a quicker way .

Visual Farm Area contact database/market share
I have come from an agency that used Agentbox. It had this wonderful feature that I could look at my farm area as a map and the properties I had contacts details for were green and the ones I didn't in red. It allowed you the opportunity to visually see your area and the market share you had, this would be great if REX had something like this.

Remove Duplicate Contact Records as a Result of Enquires with Multiple Agents
When a lead/enquiry comes through for a listing that has two agents, we can see that it goes to both agents. However the person who has enquired, their contact record gets created twice, one for each agent. Instead of going in each time this happens to duplicate the record it would be good if REX could somehow recognise this and only create the one record for that contact.

Separate User Templates
In our open office environment we have access to each others templates. It would work better for us all if we only had access to our own templates. It would prevent overwriting the templates that we have specifically set for a particular task.

Ability to add/CC multiple contacts into a match profile email.
When producing a list of match profile result, we are able to email flagged properties to the contact. However it would be helpful if to that email we could also add another contact into the email. This means that for example a contact will be sent this list, but someone who is involved or needs to see this as well could be cc'd into the one email.

Ability To 'Sort' Match Profile Search Results
When doing a match profile it would be great if we could sort those search results by " Price Lowest to Highest (and vice versa)" and also "Newest to Oldest (and vice versa)". This would help our agents to sort through listings easier and would also align with how listings can be sorted through on online real-estate platforms.

Search for postal
Search for postal address! Would be helpful if you have a contact thats name has been input incorrectly/ you have forgotten someones name but know they have a postal address in rex

Export Events .CVS
Hi,
It would be great to be able to export the listing events as CVS files. At the moment we can only get HTML and PDF files, which aren't ideal to quickly formate the data after export.
We're specifically using this for open home times.

interest level
only need 1 "interest level" section, being under contact's name.... no need for "interest level" in feedback.... that's confusing and doubles up.... also needs to have option to go back to neutral, currently once you make them cold, warm or hot, they must be 1 of them from now on

haveing the option to create a vendor preview link of the property to approve before publishing the listing online
Our old CRM had the ability to generate a link for each of the listings that were interactive - showing a preview of the properties where they could look through the photos, floor plans, videos and read over the copy. a representation of how the property would look online before it was published. It was a great way to get approval before we put them online.

When setting an appointment Rex only allows to attach one User. Here, we have many appointments where more than one staff member attends. We would like to please request the ability to attach two or more Users to an appointment so our mobile calendars show all agents attending the appropriate appointments, and provides each user with location.3 votes -

Tenants to be attached to sales property, easy access for tenant details when sending entry notices and contacting for viewings.

Property Settlement Date
Settlement dates to be automatically updated as an event on the Calendar once processed in the property contract and or edited to a different date through the process!
