Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Daily email for reminders for overdue tasks/scheduled sends for that dayIt would be great if an email could be sent every morning to the allocated user containing all of their individual overdue reminders/tasks/tracks. The email would ideally also include an overview of any scheduled sends for that day. 1 vote

Force Fully Available optionIt would be good to have an option to continue to market a property once a sale is agreed or to put a property back on the market if a sale is stalling. 1 vote

Auto Communicate Open Homes to persons who have shown interestWe would like to see EVENT (open homes) automatically communicated to contacts that have expressed interest in a vacant 'For Lease' property. This could also be applicable to For Sale events. 1 vote

Feedback interest levelHello Team, Hope your all doing well. I notice when I have multiple feedback for the same property the individual feedback can have different interest levels. So if their interest goes from hot to cold I have to go back to old feedback and make sure it is consistent. Otherwise, owners ask why they have hot interest and cold interest. 0 votes

Set the open home qr code to add the buyer in as the appropriate/correct agents contact. Rather than selecting the wrong agents contact cardIt would be great if the qr code is generated to create and/or add the buyers contact card in as the listing agents contact card. We have multiple agents that use the qr code and have other agents contact card added which results in them not being able to access buyer info 10 votes

attached ebrochure to emailWhen sending an email if you would attach an ebrochure of either a single property or multiple properties similar to when you send a match profile to a customer. Example of this, when replying to a lead through email I can attach the ebrochure of the properties I require 1 vote

Permission notificationCan users that are requesting permission to access a record, be notified either by email or within Rex once permission has been granted? This will save a lot of time in checking. 1 vote

Commercial automated match profile & default mailing listCommercial automated buyer/lessee match profile adding the match profile, property requirements based on the enquiry property, adding to default mailing lists. 4 votes

Automatic Trigger that will send birthday/anniversary emails to contactsAs of the moment, the only option is to manually add a reminder to send a birthday email to contacts on their birthday. Hopefully, moving forward, you can set this up to automatically send on the trigger date, i.e., a birthday or house anniversary day. 1 vote

Customisation of invoicesCan you please allow for customisation of invoices similar to what is able to be done with letter templates, email templates etc? I would like to be able to adjust features on the invoice such as all the lower case letters in the custom invoice etc. Also, I'd like to be able to create template invoices for different needs. Make cancelled appointments more visibleWhen you cancel an appointment in the diary, it shows as the attached image with a strike line through it however if you were in the appointments tab on a property or person it still looks like the appointment is still there and shows very visible. Is there anyway that this can be striked out (like the calendar view) so that it is visible and clear to all users? Its so frustrating when you are updating a seller on the phone and you have to go from one tab to another to check the status of viewings!

Better contact groupingWe need to be able to categories contact in more than just company and person. We should be able to have separate lists/ groups for: 
 Tenants
 Vendors
 Past Owners
 Past Tenants
 Solicitors
 etcor have the capability to create groups ourselves. It's not enough to just assign to a user when enquiries online get placed into the contacts with our important contact etc 2 votes

Send match alerts and new listing alerts from the Listing Owner and not the Record OwnerWe would like the ability to send match alerts/new listing alerts to contacts from the 'Listing owner' and not from the 'Record owner'. 
 The listing owner is going to be the person building the relationships with the potential buyers e.g. it could be just the office junior who took the buyer enquiry and therefore the record owner is them rather than the Sales Negotiator. Therefore, the listing alert should go from the Sales Negotiator/listing owner.4 votes

When offer accepted, make that buyers match profile inactiveIt would be helpful to automatically mark a buyer as 'inactive' in the match profile once an offer has been accepted from them. E.g. when we change the status of the offer to 'accepted' in the legal tab of the Listing, this then marks that buyers match profile as inactive, so they don't get sent matches for future properties we list. 3 votes

Update the Sales Progression Dashboard so that is shows all Sales proceeding and not just sales in chainsIt is currently hard to get an overview of all sales that are progressing, as the sales progression dashboard only shows 'chains'. It would be most useful if all sales progressing could be added to this dashboard and show completed milestones and the next milestone that needs chasing. 5 votes

Have lead enquiry and OFI attendance flow into Vendor Reports stats without being approved for reportingThe vendor report currently only adds leads that have been processed and provide feedback on the front page of the vendor report. 
 All leads and OFI attendance should be counted as an enquiry and should be reported at the high level. Its useful data to discuss with vendors particularly if enquiry isn't translating to offers or price feedback3 votes

Addresses for the calendarWould it be possible to show the addresses of the calendar appointments, on the web version of the calendar so you don't have to hover over the appointments to see? 1 vote

Link Trust tab to VPA tab select VPA items when paying suppliers, link back to VPA tab to mark item as paid and track overs/underswhen entering VPA supplier invoice payments in Trust Ledger, would be good to be able to select the VPA item as noted on the VPA tab. Then this item ticked as PAID on the VPA schedule and an over / under budget column created showing actual amount paid v amount in budget to track marketing shortfalls / surpluses. Currently using the notes section to write this but would be better to have a summary per VPA item that linked to the Trust tab. Would create a simple, efficient workflow as well 14 votes
