Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Tracks & Reminders Added to Calendar.
Be Awesome to have Tracks & Reminders Automatically Added to the Calendar as well. That way reminders to call people, for example, are streamlined and can be seen in the calendar rather that going to each individual listing or contact!!

Mobile Number Contact Name
We are unable to associate a name to a mobile number on a contact card. This is something we should look at, VaultRE has a note section next to each mobile number that allows you to put in a name or small note 'only call after hrs' for the number. Definitely something we need here!

alpha tag
Create Alpha Tag when sending SMS. When sending an SMS especially to bulk groups it would look more professional to have an ALPHA TAG so the recipient sees the Companies Name apposed to a random-looking number that people may think is a scam.

Add an address line to Pocket kiosk, it would greatly improve our database.
By adding an address line in pocket it would make our customer database complete

Add listings to emails
Be able to add listings including picture and short description easily to emails. Great to email leads and open home attendees a list of your other listings

Vendor Reports -
The feedback in the vendor reports should be in chronological order rather than interest levels - or, there should be an option to change the order based on each individual vendor. The way it is now is super unprofessional and makes it look tacky.

Automatically tick "approve for vendor reporting" numbers at OFI
Even though we call the vendor(s) after an Open For Inspection to advise how many people came through the open, it would be a great option to have this automatically ticked for reporting when sending vendor reports. We understand the need for us to tick for reporting when it comes to feedback from prospective purchasers, however, the Open for Inspection numbers should be automatic.

Moving cancel button on feedback box
Can the cancel button please be moved to the bottom left hand corner of the feedback box. I constantly click the cancel button after putting notes in and it is incredibly frustrating!!

Add Social Media as a type of feedback
Lots of us use social media as a way of advertising both paid and unpaid - would be good to be able to specify that when doing reports, as well as an inquiry source

Tracks - Schedule track items for a specific weekday.
We have recurring track items that we do on specific days of the week -- for example, an email sent every Monday.
At the moment, I reassign this item to the next coming Monday after I set the track, and then the reminder recurs every 7 days.
It would be a handy timesaving feature for Rex to include this functionality along with the due date options. For example, instead of setting a specific date as the due date, setting "Monday" as the due date, with the option to recur.

Ability to GROUP or ORDER Email/SMS templates
It can be time consuming when trying to merge a simple Email or SMS from REX to a contact. With Projects, we tend to have multiple templates for different purposes.
I believe it would increase the work flow in your workplace to be able to Group email templates within a folder, or even Order the templates to your use. (There may be some you use more than others) This will reduce the time scrolling through the merge template to find the right one, where I am certain the idea of grouping will allow users to be able specifically pin point…

Pocket - login with 4 digit pin
Login to pocket with a 4 digit pin.
Pocket logs me out regularly and it can be tedious to type in your email address and then password.
Can you save the email address and just prompt for a 4 digit pin to make the login process insanely faster

Be able to change "default" settings in reminder
We should be able to set the "default" settings for reminders.
Most types of reminders are phone calls than Tasks.
Or it should not be a dropdown option but maybe a tick or select option.Dropdown is time consuming.

Enable Sort Function on Mass Brochure Export
We use the Mass Brochure tool in Report tab when viewing current listings, to enable us to generate a custom listing booklet with one listing per page - however, there's no way to sort the order of the listings when generating the report (unlike when generating a Listing Stock List from the Reporting Centre), so in order to sort the listings by suburb in our booklets, I first have to generate the PDF export, then manually move the pages around in Preview (we use Macs) before printing the booklets.

Allow Multiple Agents to be Linked to Open Homes
Current functionality only allows one agent to be linked to an open home. It would be great to have two agents linked to the open home as there can often be two agents on a listing.
The reason that this is important is when using the Rex calendars it only adds the appointment for the open home into one agents calendar. If two agents need to be attending the open home, there is no option to invite another agent. The only way to do this would be to manually add the appointment into the other agents calendar.

Add a Dial Icon to the phone number to allow direct dialing to phone app (voip)
Many programs have a phone icon that when you click it, will dial the number in the adjacent field, saving time and errors.

We have a lot of Sydney enquiry, but we are in Lake Macquarie - so vendors appreicate knowing what suburb their potential purcahsers are coming from and if it's able to be added in the initial field it means we can deal with it quickly when we have a busy OFI.
