Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Public Stock List: Option to select/deselect features

    It would be handy,
    1. if there is an option of not to include Date Time & Page number at the bottom of page when generating brochure under Public List.
    2. when ticked Show Open Home time, organize properties with Open Home first and in time sequence.
    3. the sequence of listing arrangement is the sequence of how we ticked on each property when doing the selection.

  2. The Trust Account module needs to be able to produce creditor ledgers and remittance statements.

    We can only generate a ledger for the client essentially. A ledger for creditors would be useful, especially from an auditing/risk management point of view. The ability to set date ranges on the ledgers would also be useful. Also, remittance advices for creditors please.

  3. Mass Action - add Features and Views Lists

    Currently, adding a 'Feature" or a 'View' to a property or a listing from the list of options requires a single click per selection, which the screen then returns to its normal position, awaiting the next selection. This process wastes too much valuable time.
    A check box next to each item with a final 'confirm' tab at the end would allow the user to quickly make multiple selections from the drop-down list in one go.

  4. OABS

    Filters
    When going through OABS, it would be great to use the Filter to select More then/less than, days since seen/first listed. rather than a specific date.

    Eg. OABS, More than, 90 days

  5. Auto Responder for Projects

    Currently Auto responder for leads is set up per listing, therefor you will only have auto responses for enquiries directly on a certain listing. However we only sell land estates and have projects enabled, which means this does not help for leads that come through from our websites regarding a project, nor our REA leads that come through directly on a project.

    Could this be looked into being able to enable an auto response for a project?

  6. Update the Sales Progression Dashboard so that is shows all Sales proceeding and not just sales in chains

    It is currently hard to get an overview of all sales that are progressing, as the sales progression dashboard only shows 'chains'. It would be most useful if all sales progressing could be added to this dashboard and show completed milestones and the next milestone that needs chasing.

  7. Integrate Rex with Spectre

    Spectre in the UK has an integration with all the major CRMs except for Rex. It would be great if Rex can do an integration with Spectre ASAP in order to reduce the double entry we have to do.

  8. For Rex Pocket to have an offline version.

    For Rex Pocket to have an offline version so if the internet is not available you can still add contacts into the app for your open homes and it will update Rex once back online. This means no paper and pen needed or using another product to get by.

  9. Daily email for reminders for overdue tasks/scheduled sends for that day

    It would be great if an email could be sent every morning to the allocated user containing all of their individual overdue reminders/tasks/tracks. The email would ideally also include an overview of any scheduled sends for that day.

  10. Force Fully Available option

    It would be good to have an option to continue to market a property once a sale is agreed or to put a property back on the market if a sale is stalling.

  11. Auto Communicate Open Homes to persons who have shown interest

    We would like to see EVENT (open homes) automatically communicated to contacts that have expressed interest in a vacant 'For Lease' property. This could also be applicable to For Sale events.

  12. attached ebrochure to email

    When sending an email if you would attach an ebrochure of either a single property or multiple properties similar to when you send a match profile to a customer.

    Example of this, when replying to a lead through email I can attach the ebrochure of the properties I require

  13. Permission notification

    Can users that are requesting permission to access a record, be notified either by email or within Rex once permission has been granted? This will save a lot of time in checking.

  14. Automatic Trigger that will send birthday/anniversary emails to contacts

    As of the moment, the only option is to manually add a reminder to send a birthday email to contacts on their birthday. Hopefully, moving forward, you can set this up to automatically send on the trigger date, i.e., a birthday or house anniversary day.

  15. Customisation of invoices

    Can you please allow for customisation of invoices similar to what is able to be done with letter templates, email templates etc? I would like to be able to adjust features on the invoice such as all the lower case letters in the custom invoice etc. Also, I'd like to be able to create template invoices for different needs. Thanks.

  16. Properties Appraised to have appraised under them so its visable from contact section. More visability.

    I think it would be great to see what properties you have appraised for a contact without opening the properties. Wondering if you can just add Appraised under any property appraised for that contact?

  17. Make cancelled appointments more visible

    When you cancel an appointment in the diary, it shows as the attached image with a strike line through it however if you were in the appointments tab on a property or person it still looks like the appointment is still there and shows very visible.

    Is there anyway that this can be striked out (like the calendar view) so that it is visible and clear to all users?

    Its so frustrating when you are updating a seller on the phone and you have to go from one tab to another to check the status of viewings!

  18. Better contact grouping

    We need to be able to categories contact in more than just company and person.

    We should be able to have separate lists/ groups for:
    Tenants
    Vendors
    Past Owners
    Past Tenants
    Solicitors
    etc

    or have the capability to create groups ourselves. It's not enough to just assign to a user when enquiries online get placed into the contacts with our important contact etc

  19. When offer accepted, make that buyers match profile inactive

    It would be helpful to automatically mark a buyer as 'inactive' in the match profile once an offer has been accepted from them. E.g. when we change the status of the offer to 'accepted' in the legal tab of the Listing, this then marks that buyers match profile as inactive, so they don't get sent matches for future properties we list.
