Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  2. Commercial Sub Categories and Termionology

    Under the Commercial Sub Categoriesone of the headings is Commercial Farming??? We dont use this in NZ but Im assumign its realted to Agriculture related commercial buildings.
    Would be good to have another few categories added:
    1. Commercial
    2 Mixed Use - Commercial
    3. Mixed Use- Industrial
    4 Commercial / Industrial yard

    Also would be great if Commercial Terminology was used within the commercial parts of the system - ie Lease Cost not Rent etc

  3. Add Company and Position fields to the Indivduals Contact Card

    When Entering a new contact it would be helpful to have fields where in addition to the individuals name and phone number you could also record the Company they work for and their Position within the company. In commercial real estate we often deal with corporates and have contact with multiple people within the same company ie: Managing Director, Head of Property, Head of Developments. I know you can add a Compnay and then link people but this would be easier and very helpful

  4. Reminders to automatically generate once a settlement date has been entered under Legal tab

    That a reminder automatically generates for the day of, once a settlement date has been entered under Legal tab. We would like this reminder to be set against all listing agents for the relevant listing, plus the person entering the settlement date.

  5. Appraisals Lost or on the market integreated with Pricefinder or Corelogic

    Adding the integration of appraisals with Pricefinder or Corelogic to REX CRM software would enable agents to easily manage their appraisals and listings. With this feature, agents can quickly see if a property is on the market with another agency and take action accordingly. Other CRM software already have this feature, so it would be beneficial for REX to incorporate it as well.

  6. MFA - Implement SMS / Or implement free service provider accounts

    Looking to save your clients fees and increase your data security.

    As a service provider (SP) utilising the REX platform to support many REX clients (C). What we need is a "partner" login that caters for the following use cases:
    a) ability for SP to manage SP employee access.
    b) ability for C to authorise SP to have access to C accounts
    c) SP logins should be free of charge to C. C should not have to pay for SP to securely login across their employees. This is how PropertyMe cater for this.

  7. Edit Appraisal field to have significantly more fields & be available in pocket to use on-site

    To have significantly more fields available (e.g. comparative recent sales listing on the market at the time of the appraisal, agency type, if other agents have been invited to appraise the listing, current market conditions and market demand, seasonal factors, economic factors, recent valuations, vendor's requirements/circumstances, timeline, quotes commission (%), marketing required, etc.) so that you may enter all the information required by legislation in Rex, rather than completing an external/third party form and uploading it against the property into Rex. It would also be great if this was a field/document available in Pocket so the agents could complete an…

  8. Add Drop Down List Option to 'Venue' Field Under 'Events' tab

    Could you please add a drop down list option to the 'Venue' field under the 'Events' tab. We have a short list of venues we use for all of our auctions (including the option of "On-site") and would prefer to be able to select from a pre-determined list, rather than have to manually type the venue each time.

  9. Add 3 new items under Feedback Type: Contract Holder, Strata Report & Building & Pest Report

    Can we please request to add three (3) new items under ‘Feedback Type’ in Listings. That is:
    • Contract Holder
    • Strata Report
    • Building & Pest Report

    We feel that this is a very important form of ‘Feedback’ from our clients and should be noted formally in that section, so that it may also appear in our vendor reports and would be easily searched when coming closer to auction to know who is critical to contact.

  10. Auto Buyer Match - For Residential Land

    Auto Buyer match should be applicable for all forms of listings. Other than just Residential House.
    Would like to see auto buyer matches for vacant land, rentals, commercial etc.

  11. Lead Dropbox - Auto Parsing / setting default mailing list, match profiles & tags

    When a lead (contact) auto-parses into the database from lead drop box (REA or Domain), we should be able to select in settings the tags & mailing lists that would automatically be added to each automatic contact entry. This would happen by default.

    It should also add their match profile based on the enquiry eg: suburb, price range, type of property & whether for rent & sale profile.

  12. Once a document is deleted from the Documents Tab, it's deleted from the system and share link is broken

    At the moment, if a share link is provided to a document from the Documents Tab, there is no way to break this link, even when the document is removed from the Documents Tab.

    If an important document is shared in error (with potential private or incorrect information), there is currently no way to remove that document from being visible for two weeks.

    This could become a liability to the business, or have privacy implications.

    It should be imperative that if a document is deleted from the Documents Tab, the share link is broken and cannot be viewed.

  13. Add STATE to property address preview from Contact screen

    From the contact screen, I often click on the property (pop up preview) and copy the address here and paste it into the contact address field which is a quick and easy alternative to not having a tick box that might do this for you, but as it doesn't show the STATE (ie. QLD), I need to manually amend the address for the contact to include this which is time consuming when you are doing a lot of data entry.

  14. Custom Reports

    The added ability to add custom reports is great, but these are not available in the group reporting app. If we could build custom reports in group reporting, or see the ones saved in the individual offices that would be great

  15. switch appointment to another user

    If one user is arranged for an appointment but it needs to be changed to another user, the user's name is greyed out and cannot be changed.
    We would prefer to be able to change this rather than delete and rearrange the appointment.

  16. Capability to export the list of products created against the Advertising Pack and/or Advertising Providers

    Suggesting an option to be able to export a list of products that have been created against each Adversitising Provider and Advertising Packs. This would help us easily review the products that have been set-up in the system when we do our annual review of the associated marketing-related items and the associated costs so adjustments can be made where applicable.

  17. Option to pick Solicitor

    Hi, some soliciting companies we work with have so many emails. There should be an option, when adding solicitors to related listing contacts to add the company then select which solicitor is looking after it aka which email address to send correspondence too. Perhaps in a drop down option. So from listing screen I can easily see which email to send correspondence to.
