Emailing a receipt to a purchaser straight from REX
Emailing a receipt to a purchaser who has either:
1. Requested an emailed version
2. Paid VIA EFTPOS
At this time we are only able to generate PDF, print, Sign, Scan back to email and then email a scanned (not the best quality) copy of their receipt. Thank you!
When generating a trust receipt there is no way to add a signature or to indeed have a signature within Rex to apply at the time of emailing or producing the receipt.. This surely relates to legislative responsibilities and should be an absolute..

My understanding is that is an NSW Fair trading legislative requirement that receipt get sent out immediately for all deposits made to the trust account, Can you automatically send when out once an entry has been made against a buyer making a deposit
