Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Contact warning alert
It would be awesome if there was some kind of warning pop up in pockets for contacts that are potentially volatile.
Eg we have a 'buyer' that has been texting abusive things to an agent, if there was an alert to other agents that popped up so they can see right away that this person might be an issue and act accordingly.1 vote -
open home feedback
Bring across the new Leads popup (with "Send Email', 'Book Appointment', 'Send SMS; etc options) to the open home buyer feedback process (upon clicking the 'edit' link in open home feedback dropdown menu), with an extra column to the left with open home attendees names, and instead of the internet portal enquiry to the right, have the buyer feedback text box.

Partial settlement feature
Currently, there is no way of recording partial settlements which is a frequent requirement in commercial real estate transactions.
Also, we need various reports to have properties/listings categorised into Commercial and Industrial and further sub-categorised into Sales and Leasing. Any chance these are on the cards and can be expected to materialise soon?

The diary needs to be more like vebra and easier on the eye
The dairy needs to be more like vebra and easier on the eye.
The current diary on Rex is all over the place.
You cant see where people are going to.
Once you have a busy day with lot's of appointments it just +12 appointments

Two party authentication for users
Please add two party authentication for users for additional security

Link contact and property profiles to a document to avoid double handling/saving under both profiles
to have a function which links a document between a contact profile and a property profile?
This would avoid us double handling a document saved to both.At the moment we can link reminders, tasks and notes, but having a link for documents would be really beneficial.

OAB link improvement that sends notifications when a listing is withdrawn or sold
For anybody who uses the OAB feature, it would be extremely valuable to get a notification through REX when a listing has been marked as withdrawn or sold in CoreLogic.

Ability to simply add the suburb of each enquiry or OFI attendee at point of data entry to Pocket/Rex

We have a lot of Sydney enquiry, but we are in Lake Macquarie - so vendors appreicate knowing what suburb their potential purcahsers are coming from and if it's able to be added in the initial field it means we can deal with it quickly when we have a busy OFI.

Be able to show the buyers that have enquired along with the below dashboard on inspections / offers on the property.

Vendor Reports -
The feedback in the vendor reports should be in chronological order rather than interest levels - or, there should be an option to change the order based on each individual vendor. The way it is now is super unprofessional and makes it look tacky.

Vendor Reports in date order
To have the ability to change the settings of how Vendor Reports print out so that you can send in date order (without having to omit the interest levels).
Also to customise the feedback types.

Revenue
Are you able to link with a utility company for alternative income? i.e for when buyers and sellers set up their utilities it would be good to be automated with REX and another sales USP for you

Rex documents
For future development ideas, Rex Pocket App to create the ability to have a generic documents (brochures, floorplan, etc) available for all the properties, so that agents can email with an attached document. Instead of manually uploading documents onto Rex web for each property.

show full email address when you look at contact details on phone app
unfortunately when you look at the contact of the Rex app on my mobile, the full email address does not display

Cancelled appointments
Cancelled appointments. The fact that appointments have been cancelled are only obvious on the calendar.
When looking for feedback, they are the only obvious on appointments if you have gone into editing them, and they are still presented for feedback reminders.
A red cancelled tab could prevent time wasted and they should automatically be removed from feedback reminders.For example, both these appointments have been cancelled in the attachments but you wouldn't know.

Replace Key Details with Details to avoid confusion with keys!
The word Key in Key Details on the main page isn't needed
This is easily confused with the actual property keys.
Keys are further down on the same page, so keep the word key for the physical type!1 vote -
Completed reminders/track item to show on stream as added by assignee
If a reminder or track is assigned by one person to another, when the assignee ticks it off the entry on the stream should be "added by ASSIGNEE"? ie the person who actually completed the task. It currently reads as if the person who added the reminder/task did it.

Option to pick Solicitor
Hi, some soliciting companies we work with have so many emails. There should be an option, when adding solicitors to related listing contacts to add the company then select which solicitor is looking after it aka which email address to send correspondence too. Perhaps in a drop down option. So from listing screen I can easily see which email to send correspondence to.

Custom Interest Level
Currently there is 'cold, warm, hot' as interest levels associated with contacts. It would be good to add in one more option 'uncontactable'. We don't know if they are cold or hot yet as we haven't been able to get hold of them. By marking them uncontactable we can then report on how many leads come through and what % were uncontactable.
