Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Improved Usability for OFI Follow Up
I am hoping for a single location within Rex to make OFI Follow Ups more efficient.
Currently, I have to use two separate sections to complete my follow up: one to access attendees' contact details, and another to view their feedback notes and interest level. It would be so much easier to be able to see all of this information in one screen.
Further development to the Feedback >> View contacts linked to Feedback page to also include:
1. Feedback from the inspection

Have a way to enter an offer from the calendar appointment and feedback screens

Addresses for the calendar
Would it be possible to show the addresses of the calendar appointments, on the web version of the calendar so you don't have to hover over the appointments to see?

i see we have a post val letter ,why not a letter to send to the seller once the val is booked?

When offer accepted, make that buyers match profile inactive
It would be helpful to automatically mark a buyer as 'inactive' in the match profile once an offer has been accepted from them. E.g. when we change the status of the offer to 'accepted' in the legal tab of the Listing, this then marks that buyers match profile as inactive, so they don't get sent matches for future properties we list.

Customisation of invoices
Can you please allow for customisation of invoices similar to what is able to be done with letter templates, email templates etc? I would like to be able to adjust features on the invoice such as all the lower case letters in the custom invoice etc. Also, I'd like to be able to create template invoices for different needs. Thanks.

Changes to Tracks not refreshing
When changes are made to tracks. The track that is changed does not update on the listing or contact that, that particular track has already been assigned too.

Automatic Trigger that will send birthday/anniversary emails to contacts
As of the moment, the only option is to manually add a reminder to send a birthday email to contacts on their birthday. Hopefully, moving forward, you can set this up to automatically send on the trigger date, i.e., a birthday or house anniversary day.

Permission notification
Can users that are requesting permission to access a record, be notified either by email or within Rex once permission has been granted? This will save a lot of time in checking.

attached ebrochure to email
When sending an email if you would attach an ebrochure of either a single property or multiple properties similar to when you send a match profile to a customer.
Example of this, when replying to a lead through email I can attach the ebrochure of the properties I require

Auto Communicate Open Homes to persons who have shown interest
We would like to see EVENT (open homes) automatically communicated to contacts that have expressed interest in a vacant 'For Lease' property. This could also be applicable to For Sale events.

When filing an email to a contact, it would be great to attach it to a property too.
I forward my emails to emaildrop and then file them against the contact. Some of this information is important for a property and would be good to be able to file against a specific property too. Some contacts have more than one property and we could then file the email to the relevant property. Ideally, when you "file against contact" and the search box come sup, it would be beneficial to have "file against property" too so important info re: a property can be logged and filed to the property.

Force Fully Available option
It would be good to have an option to continue to market a property once a sale is agreed or to put a property back on the market if a sale is stalling.

Daily email for reminders for overdue tasks/scheduled sends for that day
It would be great if an email could be sent every morning to the allocated user containing all of their individual overdue reminders/tasks/tracks. The email would ideally also include an overview of any scheduled sends for that day.

The Trust Account module needs to be able to produce creditor ledgers and remittance statements.
We can only generate a ledger for the client essentially. A ledger for creditors would be useful, especially from an auditing/risk management point of view. The ability to set date ranges on the ledgers would also be useful. Also, remittance advices for creditors please.

Public Stock List: Option to select/deselect features
It would be handy,
1. if there is an option of not to include Date Time & Page number at the bottom of page when generating brochure under Public List.
2. when ticked Show Open Home time, organize properties with Open Home first and in time sequence.
3. the sequence of listing arrangement is the sequence of how we ticked on each property when doing the selection.Many thanks.

Auto pop-up to set up auto generated Anniversary email
Would be helpful if there's a function, once a property is marked unconditional, there is a pop-up window to auto set up Anniversary email that allow email template attachment with customized client's name (also with ticked box to select for it to be sent out annually on the same date and option to select end date). Where it was set up, it should have a Edit button to allow changes anytime.
Currently it need to add reminder, then add track on the reminder and set up recurring, which I am not quite sure how it works. Many Thanks.

notes agenda
No NOTE appears on the Pocket Agenda if an SMS is sent via Rex.
It only appears if sent via phone.
It appears in Stream as SMS.
So some open home attendees on the agenda say they've received an SMS and some don't (depending on the method of sending).
If I put them into Pocket I would send from phone, but if my assistant puts them into Pocket then we don't want the SMS to go from her phone as I cannot track this.
The SMS should appear as a Note.1 vote -
Reports sorted by Suburb
Would be good to have reports that are sorted by suburb. For example, the unpaid invoices list, the trial balance report etc.

Have the "Other User is looking at this record" banner added to Leads so 2 agents don't deal try to deal with teh lead at the same time
It would be useful to have the banner that states another user is looking at the record on Leads screens to avoid multiple users trying to claim teh lead at teh same time.
