Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Reports for Holiday Rental Bookings
We manage holiday rentals and there is a calendar where we can enter the holiday booking dates (with no guest details - option to include guest information would be great) but there is no reporting option to see booking dates & information on who has booked. This would be a great feature for us as we are getting rid of our trust accounting software & are looking for an alternative to achieve similar results.

Add Chattels field to Listing record outside of contract
A chattel list on the second of the page would be very helpful as purchasers want to know what chattels are staying with the property

Tick Box in VPA when invoices are received from Suppliers as a reconciliation
It would be great to see a tick box for each line item for when suppliers invoices are received. A reconciliation to confirm what VPA was charged V's the invoice charge

The ability to sync all contacts to phone
Having all the contacts in your phone is great for making calls quicky and efficienty when on the run. It's also great to have them on your phone for times when you need to share a contact with someone. Most devices can handle upwards of 50,000 contacts without any drama. Picking which contacts to sync based on their tags is important as well. This gives the ability to preclude contacts that are not needed as well.

Adding new contact
When using the search, if it comes back as nothing, there is an option to add new contact. If you have typed first and last name, mobile or email it will auto populate the new contact questions.

The ability to add company name and position in the contacts details

Booking an Appraisal
The ability to book the appraisal date and time from within the apprisals section and it syncs to the calendar with address and property owner contact info.

More Categories for the Privacy Level of Documents loaded in Rex
Currently, our office loads all documents in as Private, as we don't need anything available online (NSW based). We often need to send docs to clients, such as Agency Agreements to the vendor or their solicitor. However, as we load in items we don't want anyone other than our office to access (such as the Agency Appraisal), we thought that upping the possible categories of document privacy, especially when training new staff, can help stop the wrong documents being emailed out.
Suggested document categories are listed below;

Buyer match Bulk amendments to notifications
Reporting on Buyer match notifications, being able to adjust the SMS or email notifications by selecting a bulk about and removing the specific notification or adding one

It would be great to have "Accountant" as a related contact please.

Leads
Can Leads for enquiries be automatically added to feedback without having to go in and edit the lead. This will reduce double-handling.

Rental vs Sales listing address heading to be different colour to differentiate quicker.
Where the address of new listings comes up, how about the rentals and new sales listings are different colours for better viewing (as currently not very easy on the eye ti differentiate as both in light blue).

Generate Report or List for deleted tags eg "Trust Account - Agent Name"
Could you please let me know if it is possible to generate a report or find a list of all deleted tags?
I am wanting to find out the deleted tags for "Trust Account - (Agent's Name)"
I know how to check the change log for a particular contact but here I am trying to generate a list or report.

unsubscribe
People who unsubscribe from emails don't necessarily want to be unsubscribed from all communication. Please can we have the ability to unsubscribe from different levels of communication?

Label / Mail Merge Export, contact names exported in seperate fields
Would be great to allow the Label export feature to have first and last names in separate fields.
I know it's possible to do this with full data export rights but we prefer to keep this privilege to a few and want to avoid bottleneck situations specially during seasons like Christmas where exports are required from all Sales team databases.
Appreciate it if this could be included.

Tags
Auto change Tags when properties are converted.
For example, when an appraisal is entered, the contact tag will automatically be changed to 'Prospective Vendor'. When the property is listed, the contact tag will automatically be changed to 'Vendor'. When a purchaser is added, that contact tag will automatically change to 'Purchaser' etc.
