Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Ability to add commission to appraisal and property once listed
It would be great if you could include a field for commission at the appraisal stage instead of notes so that it carries across once listed but also if you don't list their property and re-appraise at a later date, it would be good to be able to see what you have already quoted them.

Applying individualised VPA schedule notes in finance mode - time/date stamped
I would like to request that within the 'notes' area of the VPA marketing schedule it be formatted so that we have the capability to apply VPA notes individually that set with a time/date/author stamp for the user that is applying the note. This would allow for a much easier-to-follow area visually for all staff members to read and see exactly where a property is at with its marketing campaign, as well as being highly beneficial for the accounts department to look at and see the ‘when and why’ an extra item was added to the marketing schedule outside of…

Creating a survey & collecting names & emails and feeding this direct into Rex - Newsletter Subscriptions
HI
We are wondering if there is a way to create a survey with check boxes relating to content people would like in a newsletter and how often they would like to receive that newsletter and also collects names and emails of these people.
Once we have that info can it be imported into REX?

pocket date format
Instead of a rolling carousel for the date range I would like to see it in weekly/monthly format - that way I can be lazy and see the day of the week that the day/date relates too. At the moment I have to keep going back to my daily diary to correlate what day my appoitnemnts are when trying to create.
Hopefully a simple but effective fix that will be a great benefit to all users1 vote -

Link VPA spreadsheet with a merged letter
Ability to attach a spreadsheet (or fields from a spreadsheet) to a merged letter.
That way we could send a cover letter for VPA payment along with the VPA costs, all in one go.1 vote -
The ability to add a link to a property for sale in an on the fly email
When emailing a buyer or seller it would be great to be able to select from currently listed properties to insert into the email instead of having to find each one on line and then copy/paste the link manually.

Reverse Matching that allows you to then email the whole list of matched buyers with a property alert for the property
When loading a silent listing, new listing or price reduction etc there should be a way to then find all buyers that match that property and send them a bulk merge email instead of having to individually send this to each buyer who doesnt have a match campaign

Colour coded notes
When we make a note against a property it would be beneficial to be able to make them a colour ( Like in our calander ). I've had important notes made & pinned them to the top - but they don't stand out from the other notes. The ability to make it coloured eg yellow - would help to make certain notes stand out.

The Match Alerts should not be affected by a date range or have no graph
You have to set the date range back so far to pick up a Match Alert which also affects the reporting data for the attendees which makes it flatline at the start. I don't think that Match Alerts need to be affected by a date range or they should have a separate range so the subsequent graphs are not affected.

Price indication in feedback section (range)
When entering feedback from inspections, can we please have an option for a price range? Sometimes buyers don't give you a specific price, they will just give you a range i.e. $520,000 - $540,000.

Search for owners with multiple properties
It would be great to be able to search for owners that have multiple properties.

Track identification
When going in to reminders we see the track at the top. When you enter this area where you can delete or reschedule the track, it does not identify which client or vendor the track is associated with. When added several tracks for different purchasers I cannot identify which track is which.

Add hyperlink for video listings automatically
many agents have property tours on youtube. It would be great to have these display Click Here automatically on each listing in the grid ofi or grid property listings on the newsletters

Reminders and Alerts to phone
One thing I've found missing from the Pocket Rex app is alerts for any set reminders/appointments.
Eg, When you receive an inbox on Facebook, you get an alert.
( Tone, torch flash and notification panel ).Right now, it seems the only way to be reminded of your appointments and reminders is by having the app open and constantly checking reminder times.
I currently work around this by setting an alarm on my phone for 15 minutes before the appointment so I get reminded of it.Having a message tone, torchlight flash, ect, 10-15 minutes ( obviously would need to…

Pocke Kiosk in New Zealand we are required to have clients sign a health and safety when viewing a open home, could this be added to the sign in process for open homes.

Vendor Report - Total Enquiry Numbers
Total number of property enquiries shown on the front page of Vendor Report only reflects those which I have 'Approved for reporting'. This number should reflect the total enquiries received regardless.
The 'Approved for reporting' box should only relate to whether the enquiry is shown in the feedback stream of the report or not.
I don't need the vendor to see a long list of buyer price enquiry emails in the report, but I do want them to see how many total enquiries have been received.

Edit Feedback, Individual Attendees - Click for thumbnail details
When adding individual attendee feedback under the 'edit' section of a combined open home entry. I would like the buyer name to be clickable to show the thumbnail popup of their details, so i can get their number to call, to get their feedback.
At the moment I have to click their name (in blue) on the feedback stream, get number to call, then click 'edit' and add individual feedback for them in the popup.
For an open home with 20 attendees this is a lot of "click-in / click-out" back and forth.
