Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. The Match Alerts should not be affected by a date range or have no graph

    You have to set the date range back so far to pick up a Match Alert which also affects the reporting data for the attendees which makes it flatline at the start. I don't think that Match Alerts need to be affected by a date range or they should have a separate range so the subsequent graphs are not affected.

  2. Price indication in feedback section (range)

    When entering feedback from inspections, can we please have an option for a price range? Sometimes buyers don't give you a specific price, they will just give you a range i.e. $520,000 - $540,000.

  3. Search for owners with multiple properties

  4. Track identification

    When going in to reminders we see the track at the top. When you enter this area where you can delete or reschedule the track, it does not identify which client or vendor the track is associated with. When added several tracks for different purchasers I cannot identify which track is which.

  5. Add hyperlink for video listings automatically

    many agents have property tours on youtube. It would be great to have these display Click Here automatically on each listing in the grid ofi or grid property listings on the newsletters

  6. Reminders and Alerts to phone

    One thing I've found missing from the Pocket Rex app is alerts for any set reminders/appointments.

    Eg, When you receive an inbox on Facebook, you get an alert.
    ( Tone, torch flash and notification panel ).

    Right now, it seems the only way to be reminded of your appointments and reminders is by having the app open and constantly checking reminder times.
    I currently work around this by setting an alarm on my phone for 15 minutes before the appointment so I get reminded of it.

    Having a message tone, torchlight flash, ect, 10-15 minutes ( obviously would need to…

  7. pocket kiosk

    Pocke Kiosk in New Zealand we are required to have clients sign a health and safety when viewing a open home, could this be added to the sign in process for open homes.

  8. Vendor Report - Total Enquiry Numbers

    Total number of property enquiries shown on the front page of Vendor Report only reflects those which I have 'Approved for reporting'. This number should reflect the total enquiries received regardless.

    The 'Approved for reporting' box should only relate to whether the enquiry is shown in the feedback stream of the report or not.

    I don't need the vendor to see a long list of buyer price enquiry emails in the report, but I do want them to see how many total enquiries have been received.

    The graph in the report shows total enquiries regardless, so should the box on…

  9. Edit Feedback, Individual Attendees - Click for thumbnail details

    When adding individual attendee feedback under the 'edit' section of a combined open home entry. I would like the buyer name to be clickable to show the thumbnail popup of their details, so i can get their number to call, to get their feedback.

    At the moment I have to click their name (in blue) on the feedback stream, get number to call, then click 'edit' and add individual feedback for them in the popup.

    For an open home with 20 attendees this is a lot of "click-in / click-out" back and forth.

  11. Last Name on Export of Contacts

    exporting in the 'raw' format should include the last name in a separate field, if using with other software, so many require first name and last name in separate column in excel or csv format.

    I act as both a sellers agent and in some transactions as a buyers agent so it would be great to have a buyers agent section where I can register my buyer clients and log in their fees

  14. Upgraded Newsletter graphics and functions

    It would be great to be able to create top quality newsletters to go out in different formats. So for example adding sold properties to general office information or real estate news stories, to be able to create a Merry Christmas message with the ability to use graphics that included things like Christmas decorations, trees, santas, elfs etc etc. Or the ability to create a newsletter on our computers but be able to upload it to REX.

  17. History of Price Changes on a property

    On all properties - could we have the list date and time stamped so we can see what has happened over time. And also it helps with offers so we can see what has happened.

  18. Improved Vendor Reporting - Summarise all notes/comments under a buyers contact

    Instead of having lots of little comments from each time you speak to a buyer, combine all the comments under a buyers name. It will make the report much more readable and have the most up to date feedback entry at the top.

  19. Newsletters - make the pictures in the event table bigger and include more info

    Would be great to have more event table options e.g. one with bigger pictures and more information i.e. configuration and advertised price. The current options look out of date compared to other programs and aren't very informative. Makes it too much of a hassle for people on the go as they have to click through each individual listing to see if the property is even relevant to them.

  20. Automatically tag through REA to Rex

    Once an enquiry comes through from REA on a listing, can we set a rule in Rex that it automatically tags the contact? so we don't have to go back to the person and manually assign a tag?
