Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Link an email to multiple properties
When an email is sent to a buyer making enquiries, and we are sending them details about multiple properties, which does occur often, you can only select Regarding 1 property or listing. We need to be able to link the email to the various listings, otherwise we have to duplicate or copy and paste the enquiry into notes (email), sometimes double and triple handling. You then don't have the recipient response details showing whether they've opened the email or clicked links etc. Rex support advises that currently there is no way to attach to multiple properties? Additional Category of Property Types
Adding 'conjoined' or something similar to the property type. we have buyers who are looking for properties so they can house relatives next door without being in the same home. (ie. a home split into two, 2 apartments next to each other, house with separate flat)

contact read or clicked more than once
Would be amazing if an alert popped up if contact had opened an email or clicked links more than once. Or you can set it as monitor option to be notified.

Report for VPA budgets
We need a report for VPA budgets. We are currently doing quarterly reporting and part of this is to show the average VPA amount being requested to vendors by sales agents. Sometimes the invoice amount is less than the budget amount if the rep has request extra funds 'just in case' so the invoice reporting won't be accurate.

Entering Duplicate Contacts - Open Homes
Hi there, when you type a contact name slightly differently but the phone number is the same, a duplicate notification comes up with the option to 'add anyway'. If in fact it is a duplicate, it is very annoying having to then get out of that screen and retype the name that is already present in the database.
Would it be possible to add another option where you can check the person in using their details that are already in the system within the same screen? I.e. when you get the duplication notification, there is a separate button where you…

deleted user appraisal
Currently when a user is deleted, their name is also deleted from an appraisal so that once an agent is deleted, if we find an appraisal that they have previously done we can not see who has actually done it. The name is blank. When an agent is deleted, we should still be able to see the agent's name on the appraisal the same as we can see that agent's name on the ownership of the record.

Tag List Export Report
it would be great if you could export a report with all of your tags and how many contacts/properties they are assigned to. That way you could sort your most popular tags and any that aren't being utlised you could delete - it would save so much time than doing each tag individually :(

Price List Disclaimer per Project
Price list disclaimer to be set up per project – We have different disclaimers per development so current set up cannot be used.

More flexibility with automated Image Cycling
Ie. being able to set that only Residential or Rural properties have automated image cycling as we may only have one or two photos of blocks of land or businesses.

Tracks- items set in the track to activate x days from last completed task(like daisy chan)better workflow
instead of having your whole track start from the start date and roll out from there. it would be far better to have each activity set in the track to be launched (x amount of days from last completed task) this will give you way better workflow and stop any overlapping or huge pile up of things if you need to go away or stop work for a certain period of time.
Would help with way better workflow and stop the need to defer tracks and any overwhelm that you might be activating things out of sequence if you need…

log calls on PC with Voip phone system not just pocket
We run a digital phone system (all soft phones ) in our office & we want to see if there's a feature when you click the number in contacts on PC rex version that it will ask you the same questions as the pocket app and log the call. if I click the number now it will open up our digital phone system to call just doent log the call . Im getting built software dashboard that pulls number of appraisals ,listings sales etc but I want to take it one step further to pull number of calls . because…

Commission & Advertising Invoices
Being able to print both commission fees & marketing schedule on one document that has 'invoice' instead of 'statement' and also a reference as to what the payments are because at the moment it is only invoice numbers which does not explain anything or show what is commission/marketing. If I want the above to work I need to print out a separate commission invoice and marketing schedule and that is time consuming especially on very busy days. Thank you! :)

List of contact that inspected a list of properties in a period of time
Could you create a report (list) that would list contacts that have inspected properties (not just one but all properties or a select few) for a date range. Example, looking at buyer numbers for the week and agents follow up for that inspection. This would allow us to go through all the buyers for the week and call, sms or clean up the data for them.

Customise/personalise the dashboard
When we open the REX system, instead of seeing the stream of property activity, it would be ideal to be able to customise this screen with several sections relating to me specifically e.g a condensed list of my listings, pending sales with important dates, recent appraisals, listings leaderboard for our team, leaderboard for gross comm - written and settled, customer feedback surveys etc

Vendor name and contact merge field
There are merge fields available for Purchaser details including name, address, phone, email etc. The same merge fields do not exist for a Vendor. Could we have the same merge fields available for Purchasers for Vendors please?

adding an address box when entering clients
When adding a client into the system, It would be handy to have the address field as well. I was entering in a solicitor but only had the option to fill in name, contact number and email address. I then had to search for the client/solicitor enter the address then go back to the screen I was on and finish doing what i was doing.. this would save time and not having to go back and forth. This idea would be great for when adding every client. See attached.

Adjust the events tab to include "Virtual Open home"
Under the events tab - keeping open homes... but also including virtual opens so we can let people know when we will be live on Instagram or Facebook for a walk through of the property?

Adding Target Contact to SMS reminder
When setting up an SMS reminder in Tracks, it would be useful if I could target a contact in the Track when it is that same person I would be sending the SMS to each time, eg my photographer.3 votes -
Create E-Brochures with all current listings for one building
It would be great to be able to create a brochure or link that shows all the current listings in one building.
For example: An owner with multiple vacancies may request extra marketing via social media, so it would enable us to post one link that would show all the current listings in that building and make it more efficient to market the property.
Or perhaps we are showing clients through a building and want to give them a comprehensive brochure of everything we have to offer in the building.
