We run a digital phone system (all soft phones ) in our office & we want to see if there's a feature when you click the number in contacts on PC rex version that it will ask you the same questions as the pocket app and log the call. if I click the number now it will open up our digital phone system to call just doent log the call . Im getting built software dashboard that pulls number of appraisals ,listings sales etc but I want to take it one step further to pull number of calls . because we have softphones and pocket app we should be able to do this .
