what is a contact
Hi the 'last contact' feature needs to be changed or a 'filter' added to the reports.
a contact should only be call, meeting, etc... NOT bulk email, bulk sms ...these are not ligitimate contacts and do not help us track who we haven't spoken too.
the alternative is to add a filter of last contact and the agent can select what they want to be counted. I have worked in sales for 30 years and no agent would consider bulk emails, match emails , bulk sms as contacts

Hi I also just realised that a 'follow-up ' contact is not recorded in the contacts report. This is crazy, these are conversations with people about property- they should be counted as contacts.

this is very important. i need to be able to run a list of past appraisals and see who i have spoken too in the last 6 months. it's crucial.
