Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Search for clients via their Location rather than Related Properties

    When you have not connected a property to a client via Related Properties, but they have a street address in their Location, We need to search for those clients based on their street or suburb. We need searchable fields like House Number, Street Name, Suburb, that you can search individually.

  4. Have a agency photo on public stock list report booklets

    Would like to be able to add an Agents photo / group photo or an Agency photo to the public stock list report booklets, maybe on the front cover or inside the cover.
    Promotes the Agency, puts a face on the information.

  5. buyer match

    It would be helpful if you were able to use a map (perhaps google maps) to select suburbs for a buyer match rather then type in individual suburbs. For example if a buyer want suburbs in the East of Adelaide, you would be able to draw an area/select various suburbs. This could then link with current listings if they come up or already exist in those areas.

  6. Link Rex to outlook

    So you can email using outlook you link Rex to outlook. You enter the email address and it comes up on the side as a pop up and you can select name and attaches email direct to REX

  7. More Listing Merge fields available for Email Templates

    All listing fields be available as mege fields for email and SMS templates, so you can populate property info, rates, body corp fees, open times etc into a template

  10. Improved Vendor Reporting via salutations & intro

    Why is there no auto salutation in the comments. This seems a basic programming thing that would make the Opening/default phrase more friendly and customer like'
    ie Dear ( Bob) and (Helen), Hope you are well. Your property has attracted (xx) visits on the internet this week bringing the cumulative total since listing to(yyy) for "on-line viewings" -Then edit individual comments.
    This should be easy as each vendor has this data already populated. If you are doing vendor reports for 50 clients it is a drag to have to keep checking all this stuff. The Sales Secretary need only populate…

  11. Year built

    It would be good to be able to specify the decade a property was built if we do not know the exact year. A lot of our agents provide us with "1970's" for example. If we type 1970's into the box it removes the 's from the date currently.

  12. Click on Email Address and Mobile Numbers to send Merges to

    It has been suggested before to be able to click on the email address you wish to send an email to, I think this is important, but as well with mobile Numbers. My office keeps couples in a single contact record, so we regularly have 2 emails and 2 mobile numbers on the same record. I think we should be able to mark for example, Daniel and Maddison, whose email is whose and whose mobile number is whose. and be able to decide to sms Daniel separately, or Maddison separately in the contact module.

  13. The "my contacts" list to have the address attached to the name so this can be printed.

    When making calls we print out the contact list, however, we want to have the property address next to the persons name so we know which property we are talking about when speaking to them.

  15. When a lead is allocated to a new Contact, the permissions should be given to that agent to update that Contact.

  17. Set default tracks to records

    It would be really useful if we could set default tracks to different records.

    For example, as soon as I set a property to "list" a track full of tasks for the agent to complete between listing and publishing a property automatically populates.

    This could also apply to properties for "pre-list track" etc.

    We have about 24 tracks and to make it as easy as we can for agents (and to ensure nothing is missed/messed up) just the single track would already be there, eliminating the risk of errors by agents.

  18. Converting email newsletters into PDF

    It would be awesome if we could download a newsletter sent to our database in PDF format, or be able to generate a web link so the newsletter web link can be distributed via Social Media such as on our company Facebook page. Please!!!
