Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Ability to assign leads to an agent at the listing level

    Could we please have the ability to choose which agent receives the leads from the listing page?

    Currently we like the 2nd agent to process the leads for most listings but are having to manually reassign leads and change contact ownership as the leads come in.

    At times this can be very inefficient if the 1st agent is not sitting at the computer to do this straight away as the leads come in.

    The second agent role is not always a PA designated to an individual agent or part of a consistent sales team within the company so having a…

  2. Other Agents Board needs an Auction category

    When entering OABs we need to have a category for Auction and somewhere to put the auction date so the property can be monitored

  3. Data base privacy.

    We would like individual agents to only see the data they have entered and company contacts (eg solicitors, etc).
    It is very messy and creates issues when each agents can see every appraisal, and contact from the whole business even if they cant edit this info.
    If it were a privilege option business owners could restrict who sees what. Agents would still have the ability to share info with other agents if desired or retain their contacts as their own.
    I would like a user privilege setting to prevent a user from seeing any contact or property they have not…

  4. RP data connect thru pocket

    We currently connect to rp data login via rex. Would be great to be able to access rp data via pocket. This increases rex use as team have to connect to rp for soi and property data updates.

  5. Show booking date and product cost on VPA invoices

    It would be beneficial for the vendors to see on their invoice, the date the service was provided and the actual costs of the service. At present we are producing a marketing schedule to send out with the invoice. The only additional information this is giving the vendor is the date and creating additional work inhouse to produce!! It would also be of value to include the cost amount of each product so that vendors can see there actual savings.

  6. Match Profiles - Ability to select to come from different agents (not only contact owner)

    We suggest to be able to create match profiles allocated for each agent/ different agents, so that when “Agent A” creates a match profile for that contact an email will come from “Agent A” rather than the “Agent B” who is the “owner” of that contact as buyers come through and speak to many agents and not only the one person.

    We want to avoid having once person set up in REX with 4 different agents. but our agents able to create a match profile for that person (even if they don't "own" that contact/person.

  7. client login

    Hi,

    It would be great if there was an ability to give out a client login when listing a property and when it goes under offer. From there the clients could see due dates, status updates, see what VPA is spent or anything else that would help inform the client. Not all clients are available during the day or evenings to speak to someone.

  8. Search for keywords within the Marketing tab

    It would be ideal to be able to search for keywords or phrases used in the Marketing tab of properties to bring up a list of properties that have used that. Example: Searching 'renovate' and all properties that have the word renovate within their marketing text are now in a list form that you can choose from.

    This would assist greatly with writing future marketing text, or being able to provide a list to buyers who have a specific need.

  9. Multiple Open Home Times on Brochure

    If you have 2 open homes on during a day, the current REX template brochures can only insert a merge tag for the FIRST open home.

    Rather, it would be helpful if the brochure could have both open home times showing by being able to insert a merge tag for the FIRST open home and also a merge tag for the SECOND open home during the one day. This means that the brochure for a listing will show all open home times for a specific day rather than just showing the FIRST open home.

  10. Create brochure

    When clicking on Brochure it defaults to the photos in order as per the listing.
    I would like an option to select which photos go on brochure/window rather than the default.
    No point creating our own brochure as the photo number would be different for each property..............

  11. Note Type

    If we could please be able to Add More Note Types and reminder Note Types

    eg. Currently there is an option for Phone Call.

    I'd like to see. BD Call & AM Call. This way we can report on the ratio between business development to account management.

    Second reason would be to organise your day through the reminders on the dashboard. Concentrate on BD calls through a certain time slot and then AM calls during another time

  12. A report for enquiry source

    A report that indicates the most successful to least successful inquiry source. For example it could allow you to see if domain is providing more enquiries then realestate.com is. This could be show in a pie chart or bar chart also.

    Thanks for the suggestions everyone! We’ll be looking at ways in which we can support this, as we agree that better exposing enquiry sources provides a lot of value. We will keep everyone posted if this feature progresses.

  13. Add hide option to custom brochure templates

    In Tracks, Merge & Brochures - Have the ability to hide the duplicated/custom brochure templates like you can the Rex default templates.

  14. Making the stream more intuitive

    As a sales person, when I go into a contact, it would be great if the important info was front and centre.
    Yes, I understand I can type out a note and pin it to the top of the stream however there's only 3 things I'm really interested in.
    1. Did someone within my company sell this person a home
    2. Did they buy a home from us
    3. Have we done an appraisal at their place
    All of these things are entered into REX in other places so it would be really cool if the database was able to…

  15. Merge 'regarding' listing data into contact module share a listing sms feature

    Hi there.

    I want there to be more merge tags added in the contact module for SMS templates for sharing a listing. Like some of the merge tags that are in the property module, but of course the property module doesn't show up when sharing a listing. When sharing a listing from the pocket app by SMS you can select the 'regarding' property of the listing that you are sharing. I want to be able to implement a merge tag for 1) the regarding property listing's address, and 2) the marketable sharing e-brochure link for that regarding property listing, also.

  16. Yes completely agree. Was going to suggest this. Either automatic e-brochure to be sent at check in on the pocket app or an option for agent

    Add tick box feature to send property brochure to all contact fields, e.g. sms and email upon check in on pocket app at open for inspections or an option for the agent at the end of the open to send group sms.

    Agency branding on the e-brochures with agent photo would be great too. The photos feature to be improved on the e-brochures too - Not the best design, tends to not always work.

  17. Ability to switch between billing details for invoices.

    When updating Billing details under Admin > Agency Setting and Branding it would be great if you could nominate multiple options and then have the ability to switch between theses options when creating invoices.

  18. change phone reminder's default "note type" to phone call

    it would be good if the default "note type" for a phone call reminder was set to default to phone to be able to track the number of calls made.

    It currently is set to default note, which doesn't add to the calls tally

  19. Add/Integrate REX to Facebook Leads

    Lead ads are the best way to run lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Lead ads let people show their interest in a product or service by filling out a form in the ad with their details and allowing a business to follow up with them.

    we would like REX to be on the panel of CRM's that Facebook can link to so these leads come through automatically into REX.

  20. Match Alert Engagement Statistics

    It would be great to be able to see/track the engagement / results of match alerts (new listings etc). We are able to view the subscriber activity for newsletters however not for match alerts.
    It would assist in accurately targeting buyers / showing our sellers who is engaging with their property.
