Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.

  1. Create E-Brochures with all current listings for one building

    It would be great to be able to create a brochure or link that shows all the current listings in one building.

    For example: An owner with multiple vacancies may request extra marketing via social media, so it would enable us to post one link that would show all the current listings in that building and make it more efficient to market the property.

    Or perhaps we are showing clients through a building and want to give them a comprehensive brochure of everything we have to offer in the building.

  2. Tracks

    Adding Target Contact to SMS reminder
    When setting up an SMS reminder in Tracks, it would be useful if I could target a contact in the Track when it is that same person I would be sending the SMS to each time, eg my photographer.

  3. Allow user profile photos to have a transparent background

    Allow for agent/staff photos to have a transparent background to be able to position better in brochure templates etc.

  4. Enquiry Source - Social Media

    We spend anywhere from $250 - $1000 on social media campaigns and it would be good to show our owns on vendor reports which of our enquiries come directly from the social media campaigns.

  5. More Photos on a Listing Stock List Full Advert + Ability to Filter by Listing Type

    As per the old 'Full Advert' but with one big photo & 3 small photos underneath.

  7. Order of Properties in Suburb

    It would be great if when you put a list in suburb (there are a number of suburbs we cover) if the prices could be in order so that prices don't jump all over the place ie. start from lowest - highest, or vice versa.

  8. OFFERS & CONTRACTS SAVED UNDER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

    In an effort to ensure no mishap can occur with saving offers under contracts and not just listing documents is it possible to have a documents tab within the Contracts area.
    I understand we can identify a contract under documents however this area carries all documents relevant for a buyer regarding a listing and I fear that a massive mistake can occur if agents attach without paying attention and accidentally attach an offer to a potential buyer instead of a blank S&P?   10. Printing direct from trust ledger and not having to generate PDF

    It would be more time efficient to be able to print the ledgers directly when the ledger has populated instead of having to generate the report then download then print. Way too many unnecessary steps.

  11. Mass Action 'ADD TRACK'

    I would like to have the ability to Add Tracks as a Mass Action to groups - for example, group all of the contacts who missed out on property - mass action FOLLOW UP 'Missed out' TRACK. All older contacts with no tags or emails - MASS ACTION - Follow up "orphan" data. Being able to group up my contacts and put them on a track for action would be a huge time saver and would enable me to work the system a little more efficiently - especially when you are working from a mixed old and new database.

  12. Weekly Contact Follow Up Report

    Is your system able to generate a weekly contact/follow up report to show how many contacts an agent conducted? for example, the agent is managing 50 appraisals at moment, we'd like to see a report weekly which is an excel format to show property address, first contact date, last contact date, number of contact by email, number of contact by phone calls, appraisal date, appraisal range etc.

  14. Private inspection - Agent Onsite (individual time slots)

    In light of the new rules about no open homes I was wondering if Rex have thought about adding something to the events tab to reflect Private Inspections instead of open homes?

    Maybe something like "Agent Onsite" - select a time eg. 1pm - 2pm and having individual time slots for clients to book within that time frame?

  15. In the current circumstances it would be great to integrate our listings so that we can have integrative digital open homes

    Integrate our listings so that we can have integrated digital tours for our open homes. We already integrate with HomePass for sign in's at open homes we could do that virtually and then include a "Zoom" type walkthrough of the property to those signed in.

  16. In the open homes section, add an option "Inspect by Appointment"

    If, for a variety of reasons, I cannot hold regular open homes, leaving this field blank leads buyers to assume that the place is under contract or that we've given up on it.

  17. Adjust the events tab to include "Virtual Open home"

    Under the events tab - keeping open homes... but also including virtual opens so we can let people know when we will be live on Instagram or Facebook for a walk through of the property?
    Given the current situation around COVID-19 - this would be very handy.

  18. adding an address box when entering clients

    When adding a client into the system, It would be handy to have the address field as well. I was entering in a solicitor but only had the option to fill in name, contact number and email address. I then had to search for the client/solicitor enter the address then go back to the screen I was on and finish doing what i was doing.. this would save time and not having to go back and forth. This idea would be great for when adding every client. See attached.

  19. More options in the pop up box when adding a contact

    It would be great if there were more options in the pop up box when adding a contact. This would prompt the agents/admin to enter more information and it would be easier for them to have a clean database.
    For example they could be prompted to: change ownership; add as a related contact to a listing/property; add mailing list; add system tags.
    If they are prompted at the time of adding a contact they are more likely to enter this information.

  20. Option with watermarks to specify that only newly added photos get watermarked when sent - to prevent watermark double-ups

    We have hundreds, possibly thousands of images with watermarks already, but would like to begin using your watermark feature, which looks better. However, to do so means we would need to remove and then re-add the originals for all those images.

    We would prefer to specify that only images added after a specific date get the new watermark.
