Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Multiple emails for the "Reply to Email" option.
It would really be good to be able to add multiple emails to the "Reply to Email" option.

It would be great if in Tracks you could add a letter/email template and the system could assign the required action depending on whether or not the contact had an email address.

Assign Mailing Lists to a user
We would like to be able to assign a mailing list to a user so that only users who own the mailing list can send a newsletter to it.

Default feedback to "warm" for home open/enquiries/private inspections
Default feedback to "warm" so we can easily send message to all viewers that were warm or hot on a listing without missing any.

Saving vendor reports in progress
I would like to see a 'save' option on the Vendor reports while in progress or being generated. Several times while completing my Vendor reports, I have lost them because my system has logged out, or I've had to go home or to an appointment, I have to take the laptop with me. But I cant save the work I have done? Yes, I can generate a PDF, but what if I have not finished or want to edit it later before sending to my clients? I find it strange that this function does not have the option to save.…

Sold Alert - Automatic updates
When a property is marked as sold, send an automatic update to contacts that match to the property to notify that the property has been sold.

Integrate REX into MYOB accounting package
Would be great to be able to enter VPA into REX, invoice and then integrate the data into MYOB Accounting package. We wouldn't have to double up on entering figures, make life so much easier.

Have all contacts and their details on a Sales Advice
Currently on the Sales Advice, the contact that's selected as primary only shows up. It would be beneficial for all contacts and their details to show on the Sales Advice.

Advanced Filter- Listing includes Video Link or Floorplan
An advanced Filter option to allow filtering to listings which do or don't have video links, or those listings which do or don't have floor plans- It would allow for systematic population of these areas or ability to pull out the best looking listings for presentation.

Create E-Brochures with all current listings for one building
It would be great to be able to create a brochure or link that shows all the current listings in one building.
For example: An owner with multiple vacancies may request extra marketing via social media, so it would enable us to post one link that would show all the current listings in that building and make it more efficient to market the property.
Or perhaps we are showing clients through a building and want to give them a comprehensive brochure of everything we have to offer in the building.

Adding Target Contact to SMS reminder
When setting up an SMS reminder in Tracks, it would be useful if I could target a contact in the Track when it is that same person I would be sending the SMS to each time, eg my photographer.3 votes -
Allow user profile photos to have a transparent background
Allow for agent/staff photos to have a transparent background to be able to position better in brochure templates etc.

Enquiry Source - Social Media
We spend anywhere from $250 - $1000 on social media campaigns and it would be good to show our owns on vendor reports which of our enquiries come directly from the social media campaigns.

As per the old 'Full Advert' but with one big photo & 3 small photos underneath.

Order of Properties in Suburb
It would be great if when you put a list in suburb (there are a number of suburbs we cover) if the prices could be in order so that prices don't jump all over the place ie. start from lowest - highest, or vice versa.

OFFERS & CONTRACTS SAVED UNDER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
In an effort to ensure no mishap can occur with saving offers under contracts and not just listing documents is it possible to have a documents tab within the Contracts area.
I understand we can identify a contract under documents however this area carries all documents relevant for a buyer regarding a listing and I fear that a massive mistake can occur if agents attach without paying attention and accidentally attach an offer to a potential buyer instead of a blank S&P? Printable Newsletter
It would be great to be able to print the newsletters like a brochure for those clients who don't have email so we can post them out.
