Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Printing direct from trust ledger and not having to generate PDF

    It would be more time efficient to be able to print the ledgers directly when the ledger has populated instead of having to generate the report then download then print. Way too many unnecessary steps.

  2. Mass Action 'ADD TRACK'

    I would like to have the ability to Add Tracks as a Mass Action to groups - for example, group all of the contacts who missed out on property - mass action FOLLOW UP 'Missed out' TRACK. All older contacts with no tags or emails - MASS ACTION - Follow up "orphan" data. Being able to group up my contacts and put them on a track for action would be a huge time saver and would enable me to work the system a little more efficiently - especially when you are working from a mixed old and new database.

  3. Weekly Contact Follow Up Report

    Is your system able to generate a weekly contact/follow up report to show how many contacts an agent conducted? for example, the agent is managing 50 appraisals at moment, we'd like to see a report weekly which is an excel format to show property address, first contact date, last contact date, number of contact by email, number of contact by phone calls, appraisal date, appraisal range etc.

  5. Private inspection - Agent Onsite (individual time slots)

    In light of the new rules about no open homes I was wondering if Rex have thought about adding something to the events tab to reflect Private Inspections instead of open homes?

    Maybe something like "Agent Onsite" - select a time eg. 1pm - 2pm and having individual time slots for clients to book within that time frame?

  6. In the current circumstances it would be great to integrate our listings so that we can have integrative digital open homes

    Integrate our listings so that we can have integrated digital tours for our open homes. We already integrate with HomePass for sign in's at open homes we could do that virtually and then include a "Zoom" type walkthrough of the property to those signed in.

  7. In the open homes section, add an option "Inspect by Appointment"

    If, for a variety of reasons, I cannot hold regular open homes, leaving this field blank leads buyers to assume that the place is under contract or that we've given up on it.

  8. Adjust the events tab to include "Virtual Open home"

    Under the events tab - keeping open homes... but also including virtual opens so we can let people know when we will be live on Instagram or Facebook for a walk through of the property?
    Given the current situation around COVID-19 - this would be very handy.

  9. adding an address box when entering clients

    When adding a client into the system, It would be handy to have the address field as well. I was entering in a solicitor but only had the option to fill in name, contact number and email address. I then had to search for the client/solicitor enter the address then go back to the screen I was on and finish doing what i was doing.. this would save time and not having to go back and forth. This idea would be great for when adding every client. See attached.

  10. More options in the pop up box when adding a contact

    It would be great if there were more options in the pop up box when adding a contact. This would prompt the agents/admin to enter more information and it would be easier for them to have a clean database.
    For example they could be prompted to: change ownership; add as a related contact to a listing/property; add mailing list; add system tags.
    If they are prompted at the time of adding a contact they are more likely to enter this information.

  11. Option with watermarks to specify that only newly added photos get watermarked when sent - to prevent watermark double-ups

    We have hundreds, possibly thousands of images with watermarks already, but would like to begin using your watermark feature, which looks better. However, to do so means we would need to remove and then re-add the originals for all those images.

    We would prefer to specify that only images added after a specific date get the new watermark.

  12. Allowing feedback to be more easily entered

    Would love it if we could enter buyer feedback more easily from the property stream. The current dropdown requires you to click view and then go into the next screen and move forward with feedback - Would be great if it just had a 'feedback' option here to make things a little more efficient. Thank you

  14. want to do a variety of emails and then pick if i want LISTE to go out - in my name for my contact list ( others can see but cannot change)

    Ok .. I want to do a few emails from ideas / concepts that I think of here and there and then add into REX and I may send to all my contacts OR I may send to a few hundred or 1000? Can that be done or I am not seeing it... Why do a REx UNIVERSITY to send an email ? Can I do this above or am I too IT unsavvy to get it ??

    Happy for others in group to see my emails HOWEVER , they cannot change it.

  15. Vendor name and contact merge field

    There are merge fields available for Purchaser details including name, address, phone, email etc. The same merge fields do not exist for a Vendor. Could we have the same merge fields available for Purchasers for Vendors please?

  17. Feature the contact name in the appointment

    Currently when you open a contact and set a reminder being an appointment it doesn't show you who the contact is unless you click on it. If the contact could be automatically populated into the reminder it would save a click in the process

  19. Customise/personalise the dashboard

    When we open the REX system, instead of seeing the stream of property activity, it would be ideal to be able to customise this screen with several sections relating to me specifically e.g a condensed list of my listings, pending sales with important dates, recent appraisals, listings leaderboard for our team, leaderboard for gross comm - written and settled, customer feedback surveys etc

  20. customisable home screen -

    so that you can view just the information you want to see and that is relevant to your business, in other CRMs you can set up the home screen to show for example , your pipeline properties, KPIs, commission trackers etc.

    as opposed to just seeing new listings and price changes etc,
