Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Tick Box in VPA when invoices are received from Suppliers as a reconciliation
It would be great to see a tick box for each line item for when suppliers invoices are received. A reconciliation to confirm what VPA was charged V's the invoice charge

Notify the contact owner if their contact enquires on another agents listing in the office not owned by them
Send a notification/email to the owner of a contact when that contact enquires about another listing or visits an OFI for a listing owned by their office.

More Categories for the Privacy Level of Documents loaded in Rex
Currently, our office loads all documents in as Private, as we don't need anything available online (NSW based). We often need to send docs to clients, such as Agency Agreements to the vendor or their solicitor. However, as we load in items we don't want anyone other than our office to access (such as the Agency Appraisal), we thought that upping the possible categories of document privacy, especially when training new staff, can help stop the wrong documents being emailed out.
Suggested document categories are listed below;

Tool Tips over fields
When attempting to insert a merge field, the list and options available are daunting. It takes some reconnaissance and mind reading to work out which field I should select. But more confusing is the path to find it. EG see file attached, the last item on the list is jargon, and hard for the uninitiated to understand. Sometimes, as a user, we know what and where in REX the field is that we want to bring into the merge field. Newsletter- in top links clicked, have the heading or propety name instead of link
When you are looking at newslatter stats, you can see the top links clicked by contacts. Instead of showing the link / URL, it would be best to say the property name or article heading etc.

We really need to be able to see what listing a contact has viewed from the Newsletter email out.

Aerial Map on Brochure
The current maps we can insert onto a brochure is very basic, is there a google aerial/google earth map that can be used instead? It would give more clarity as to where the property is, especially rural listings

Being able to search for an address in contacts rather than typing it in
Should be able to start typing in the address field and it automatically starts searching for the address using maps, rather than typing the full address in manually. This would stop someone to accidentally type the wrong address.

customisable home screen -
so that you can view just the information you want to see and that is relevant to your business, in other CRMs you can set up the home screen to show for example , your pipeline properties, KPIs, commission trackers etc.
as opposed to just seeing new listings and price changes etc,

Message from online forms
No way to convert a message from online forms to convert and show in Rex. As an example www.bellaclyde.com.au captures a message from online leads which do not show in Rex at all - a lot of messages/comments get lost this way.

OFFERS & CONTRACTS SAVED UNDER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
In an effort to ensure no mishap can occur with saving offers under contracts and not just listing documents is it possible to have a documents tab within the Contracts area.
I understand we can identify a contract under documents however this area carries all documents relevant for a buyer regarding a listing and I fear that a massive mistake can occur if agents attach without paying attention and accidentally attach an offer to a potential buyer instead of a blank S&P? Ability to send email to all buyers who have sent through an enquiry on a property / building.
This would be a massive help in marketing a property. If we get a price reduction or would like to send an update, there is no way to do this other than having to go through and add each email to a mailing list.
Agents often do not have time to go through and do this process - especially when they get dozens of enquiries on each property and usually call the buyer instead of updating through rex. At the moment you need copy your notes then go out of the phone call notes after saving your notes and then go into feedback tab and pasted what you said in there again. VERY SLOW.
We would like a little tick box saying “Addnote to feedback” makes it much faster and efficient

Adding new contact
When using the search, if it comes back as nothing, there is an option to add new contact. If you have typed first and last name, mobile or email it will auto populate the new contact questions.

The ability to sync all contacts to phone
Having all the contacts in your phone is great for making calls quicky and efficienty when on the run. It's also great to have them on your phone for times when you need to share a contact with someone. Most devices can handle upwards of 50,000 contacts without any drama. Picking which contacts to sync based on their tags is important as well. This gives the ability to preclude contacts that are not needed as well.
