Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Paid invoices to say "Paid" and not have due date

    I think that when printing a paid invoice, that in the due section it should say "paid" and not the original due date still. I understand that balance due will be $, but it can still lead to confusion.

  2. Buyer Match Report

    Can we please have a "Buyer Match Report" created showing the contacts that were emailed buyer match alerts overnight and which property the alert was for.

    At the moment, there is no way to know if an alert has been sent to one of your contacts without having to go into the particular person or property card which is super time consuming.

    Previously (when we were using Renet CRM) we were sent a report each day advising what alerts were sent to which contact so the agent was able to follow up these matches. Rex does not have this function.…

  3. Pausing Agendas/Tracks/Reminders When on Annual Leave

    Hi there,

    I think it would be a great idea to be able to pause agents tracks/reminders when they are on annual leave, so you can pop in a start date to pause and then an end date that it will unpause.

    For example if they have a reminder to contact a Vendor in two days but they go on leave for a week the next day that that reminder will not pop up until they return from leave and appear two days after they have returned.

  4. BACK PRICE SHOULD BE RANGE ORIENTATED

    I feel the back price on a listing in REX should then be a price range of 10% either side - similar to REA. eg Buyer max price is $690,000 but won't match to properties with $700K back price. If a percentage either side of the listings back price was programmed into REX would make matching a more successful operation.

  5. Different User Ability Levels

    Rex University shows all users as at a Learner stage, which is clearly inaccurate. It would assist Super Admin users if there were different levels, such as Learner, Basic, Intermediate, Rexpert etc. This would be particularly helpful for an Admin to understand the amount of time their staff are spending on the system and the amount of training they have done. As a tracking tool, a staff member that undertakes a lot of merge activity, inputting of notes and training, would be upskilled from Learner. Others that remain on Learner may need more training, which would be helpful for the…

  6. User gets diverted to dashboard after a period of inactivity

    We often have admins/agents sitting in a listing for hours and sometimes all day but they aren't making any edits. It would be handy if after a period of inactivity, say 30 minutes, the user gets diverted to the dashboard or another screen so that they aren't sitting in a listing for hours at a time doing nothing. Often they don't reload the page and not all edits show up with the orange bar so they often override changes made by someone else in a listing.

  7. Move the order of locked tabs

    It'd be fantastic if we could move the order of locked tabs and move tab groups from one category to another e.g. from More Info to Key Details so we could customise how we would like it to appear. Also to be able to hide locked or custom fields if we like.

  8. Abillity to Customise Text on a Tax Invoice

    Ability to have custom text generate on an invoice.
    For example an authorisation for the real estate to pay the balance due to vendor at settlement.

  11. Using Docusign Integration via Pocket

    Would be good to be in Pocket and being able to send a Form via the Docusign integration e.g. Offer Form whilst having an open inspection for the property.

  12. Open home Feedback - Contract Holder

    I am new to REX, but notice there is no option during an open home in feedback for CONTRACT REQUEST. This would be really useful as we could then easily search for contract holders during a campaign to call .email them as a group. Contract holders are a very important group and i am surprised this feature isn't available

  14. When activepipe adds match status in REX, add something to the feed to make it more visible

    When activepipe adds match status in REX, add something to the feed to make it more visible because the customer is making these changes and the agent may not be aware of it unless they are manually checking the match tab. Adding something into the stream will make it clearly visible

  15. Bank Upload Button - Add to Property - Trust Accounting

    Would love to have the bank upload button added in the actual trust accounting section of the property as a drop down on the payment (from ledger) so we can create the bank upload file straight from there!
    Same with changing the upload status!
    It takes a lot more time having to go out of the property trust accounting and into the main financials button to find and then do it.

  16. Pocket - Add tracks to properties, then link the contact

    In pocket we cannot add a track to a property, then link the contact.

    I have to go to a web browser to add a track this way

  17. Tags

    Auto change Tags when properties are converted.

    For example, when an appraisal is entered, the contact tag will automatically be changed to 'Prospective Vendor'. When the property is listed, the contact tag will automatically be changed to 'Vendor'. When a purchaser is added, that contact tag will automatically change to 'Purchaser' etc.

  19. Label / Mail Merge Export, contact names exported in seperate fields

    Would be great to allow the Label export feature to have first and last names in separate fields.

    I know it's possible to do this with full data export rights but we prefer to keep this privilege to a few and want to avoid bottleneck situations specially during seasons like Christmas where exports are required from all Sales team databases.

    Appreciate it if this could be included.

    People who unsubscribe from emails don't necessarily want to be unsubscribed from all communication. Please can we have the ability to unsubscribe from different levels of communication?
