Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Send email to agency when marketing credit balance gets low
We need to be able to check the balance of our marketing credits, perhaps an email notification to a specific user when the balance is low.

Commercial Listings
We work in Commercial Leasing and every single property or vacancy we deal with needs the annual rental pricing as well as this costing broken down by the "floor area" size to find out what the price is per m2.
It is vital to our tenants, landlords and brochure information on quoting this along with the overall pricing for the space available per year. In our old software, this field would automatically populate with this figure - currently it requires us to manually input this data via our admin team, which is terribly time consuming

Print/Download the Newsletter Email Statistics
The newsletter send outs to our database are fantastic, however would be great if we could generate a report to either download pdf/ print version as this is data that cannot be shared. Vendors would like to know how many people are looking at their property through our bulk email send outs and would be presented better on a document that showing them on Rex screen.

View & Process Multiple Leads through Stepthrough
It would be great to see the option of selecting & viewing multiple leads through the stepthrough as you can with reminders. This would quicken the admin time spent as feedback for Vendor Reports, mailing lists, match profiles etc are usually added for each enquiry.

Settlement Statement Merge Field
The ability to customise the {{settlementstatementtable}} merge field would be great.
If we could have all the fields as individual entries, clients would be able to customise settlement statement letters to suit their office. Currently the fields in the {{settlementstatementtable} are not available individually.19 votes -
Bulk Assign reminders to contacts
It would be extremely helpful to be able to bulk assign new reminders to contacts.
Eg. I print 100+ letters for each of my reps every week that need a follow-up call the following week. It would be great if I didn’t have to manually add the reminder for each property.

UI / Sort Functionality Improvements
I'm not sure where to put this -- maybe each point should be separate, but they all sort of go hand in hand.
--Selecting multiple records in search results--
Currently when you click the check box after you've completed a search, all records are selected. It would be great to have the option to 'Select All' and 'Deselect All' but having the current single checkbox only selecting all the records displayed on that page. Internal call list for a property with feedback and buyers and numbers
Hoping it will look like the vendor report but be for internal use only with all the comments, which we put in our reports such as their family makeup and also their budget.
It would be great to read this and make calls on other properties listed that are similar for agents to want to grab and call on the road.

Add functionality for adding an appraisal source
An extra drop down box for the appraisal source when entering an appraisal so the office can track where the appraisals are coming from.
Is very handy for offices that pay for marketing and need to be able to track the effectiveness of their campaigns.

It hasn’t been approved for development just yet (they’re still brainstorming ways it could be implemented) but we’re all very hopeful it will become a fully-fledged Rex feature in the future. Marketing Credit usage when sending SMS merge to Contact
When sending a bulk SMS you can see how many SMS your campaign will cost. But when you send an SMS from a record, there is no indication of credits used.

Separate fields for 'address' on a contact
It would be awesome if the address field could be divided into separate fields.
Similar to how the property address details are divided up: Unit number, street number, street address, suburb, postcode & state.

Sales person Activity Reports- calls, emails, tasks
Ability to run reports on activities completed by listing and for appraisals and for contacts- calls, emails, tasks completed
Used to help track activity levels.

Ability to add image to letter
It would be great to have the ability to add an image directly to a letter merge template rather than having to create a template as an email, copy the template and pasting into the letter template.

Track Listings - ability to print off the tracks
A feature that allows you to print off the track listing so that you can discuss and then duplicate to create your own that allows it to be suited to your requirements.
It is too time consuming to print screen etc and printing directly from the site cuts off most information

Delayed SMS or email
In other software systems you can set the time of day that the SMS or email is delivered - very handy to remind people of an open time that day (sent at say 8am) or to thank people for attending the opens.

Amend Invoices (rather and having to void & redo them)
It would be useful to be able to amend invoices rather than having to void an invoice that changes and re-enter it.

Newsletter info in contacts stream
I would like to be able to go into the Contact screen, and pull a report on which newsletters the contact has been sent, how many times they opened, and how many clicks. The same as what you can see when you go into the Newsletter for all contacts, but the other way around, you go into the Contacts, and see all newsletters. Would be a good tool to easily determine how often the contact looks at the newsletters and how active they are.
