Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Make Open Home and Auction events viewable by anyone subscribed to a users calendar without giving full access to all appointment details.
It would be very useful for Personal Assistants if they subscribe to an agents calendar and can see the details of Open Home and Auction events but not be given full access to all appointments as the agent would have personal/confidential appointments in their calendar.
This would also be useful for joint listings because at the moment you can only add one agent to an open home so the second agent wouldn't be able to see the open home details in the calendar.

Marketing Schedule to have Invoiced and Uninvoiced options separated
Please have Invoicecd/Unvoiced as separated categories when generating a Marketing Schedule
Currently the client is receiving Marketing Schedules with items previously paid for.
The invoice goes over 2 pages and looks unprofessional. The client only wants to see what the new Schedule is, not previous ones.1 vote -
Agency Funds Account
REX needs a 'Pay Agency' or 'Accumulation' account ledger that commission & marketing funds are dispersed to once a property has settled so that funds can be moved from Trust to General as they are needed instead of every time a property settles or having multiple ledgers with funds. There are a lot of of other trust accounting systems that have this feature so I am surprised that REX doesn't offer this.

Ability to email trust receipts directly out of the trust account section
Once a deposit has been created in the trust section of Rex the ability to email it directly from that section rather than downloading the deposit and then uploading it to the CRM section and emailing from there to the purchaser.

Pocket App - Viewing match profiles
Hello. When viewing a match profile on the pocket app, it will only display a max of 20 property listings. This is an issue when we know that there could be more than 20 suitable property matches. Could we please view all with no limit.

Add CC section when emailing a match profile to a Client
Hello, at present we can only send a match profile report directly to one person and not able to add a CC in. Could we please request this be looked into as this would be of great use to our office.

I'd like to mass assign tracks to properties and contacts
After I have visited or addressed a bunch of people or properties, I'd like to send followup material & gifts, and put people on a call rotation etc

Suburb Groups for buyer match profiles
Rather than adding individual suburbs or postcodes each time you add a buyer match profile, have the ability to add a group ie Wester Suburbs which could be customisable.

Commission Worksheet
Commission worksheet to include following information:
Sale Price
Commission Rate
Unconditional Date
Settlement DateWe use a manual commission spreadsheet that we send to agents for there taxation and invoicing.
All these fields are the information they require.

Buyer Match Report
Can we please have a "Buyer Match Report" created showing the contacts that were emailed buyer match alerts overnight and which property the alert was for.
At the moment, there is no way to know if an alert has been sent to one of your contacts without having to go into the particular person or property card which is super time consuming.
Previously (when we were using Renet CRM) we were sent a report each day advising what alerts were sent to which contact so the agent was able to follow up these matches. Rex does not have this function.…

Print report of all notes, feedback etc. in listing stream
Need a way to print all the notes, feedback, tasks etc. that appear in the 'Stream' tab on a listing. As a dated PDF report, rather than a csv export. Useful when a full file report needs to be produced for a particular listing.

Pausing Agendas/Tracks/Reminders When on Annual Leave
Hi there,
I think it would be a great idea to be able to pause agents tracks/reminders when they are on annual leave, so you can pop in a start date to pause and then an end date that it will unpause.
For example if they have a reminder to contact a Vendor in two days but they go on leave for a week the next day that that reminder will not pop up until they return from leave and appear two days after they have returned.

Currently the Build Area m2 breaks on a separate line of this report. It should be formatted on one line, the same as the Land m2 field.

Different User Ability Levels
Rex University shows all users as at a Learner stage, which is clearly inaccurate. It would assist Super Admin users if there were different levels, such as Learner, Basic, Intermediate, Rexpert etc. This would be particularly helpful for an Admin to understand the amount of time their staff are spending on the system and the amount of training they have done. As a tracking tool, a staff member that undertakes a lot of merge activity, inputting of notes and training, would be upskilled from Learner. Others that remain on Learner may need more training, which would be helpful for the…

Have the option to add BUYER MATCH from LEADS main page
It would be great to have an option to add a buyer match from the main leads page dropdown menu whilst processing leads. Currently, you have to go into the contact to add a match alert, which when you have 20+ leads to process takes a fair amount of additional time.
It would be even better also if when doing this the match alert pre-fills or makes suggestions of what to include in the match alert based on the listing they enquired on.22 votes -

Also, when a mobile phone scans in to sign in, it can't scan and sign in again for a different person. this is quite an issue as some guests bring elderly parents who don't have smart phones.27 votes -
Disclose or Undisclose Price When SOLD
It is really frustrating that when you mark a property as sold that you MUST put the price. Some vendors/purchasers do not want to disclose the price and this should be a feature in Rex where you can choose whether the price is shown or not once a property is sold.
