Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

The diary needs to be more like vebra and easier on the eye
The dairy needs to be more like vebra and easier on the eye.
The current diary on Rex is all over the place.
You cant see where people are going to.
Once you have a busy day with lot's of appointments it just +12 appointments

Viewer Feedback more user freindly
Could the viewer feedback dialogues that require followed up be more prominant on the stream and change colour when dealt with.

Automatically include Payments as 'Included in Bank Upload'
Would love to have a back end setting to automatically include Payments onto the bank upload. We upload all payments as an aba and never do it manually (as to avoid double handling) and it would make it much safer to ensure that all payments are automatically included in that list.

Partial settlement feature
Currently, there is no way of recording partial settlements which is a frequent requirement in commercial real estate transactions.
Also, we need various reports to have properties/listings categorised into Commercial and Industrial and further sub-categorised into Sales and Leasing. Any chance these are on the cards and can be expected to materialise soon?

Match Profile - add radius to search
When adding a location to a Match Profile, it would be great if you could add a radius to your search. E.g. a person may be interested in Warrnambool or surrounds - so I could add Warrnambool and tick 10km radius.

open home feedback
Bring across the new Leads popup (with "Send Email', 'Book Appointment', 'Send SMS; etc options) to the open home buyer feedback process (upon clicking the 'edit' link in open home feedback dropdown menu), with an extra column to the left with open home attendees names, and instead of the internet portal enquiry to the right, have the buyer feedback text box.

Create a Submission Form for Buyer Match Profile for buyer to fill out
Be able to send a link to an online form that the buyer completes with their general property requirements that then auto creates a Buyer Match Profile in Rex.

Rex to add trigger "Find Lead" to Zapier
This is to create an SMS reminder to an agent when no action yet from the lead within 7 days from the date it was received. In this case, we could able to know what the lead status is by means of automatic reminder by Zapier.

Contact warning alert
It would be awesome if there was some kind of warning pop up in pockets for contacts that are potentially volatile.
Eg we have a 'buyer' that has been texting abusive things to an agent, if there was an alert to other agents that popped up so they can see right away that this person might be an issue and act accordingly.1 vote -

Would be great if Aircall could integrate with Rex and have leads from Aircall put into Rex directly!

Brochure Merges
Would be really helpful if we had the ability to add a brochure template as a reminder in a track so that similar to a letter merge in a track if the template is attached when can automatically preview & generate the brochure needed when completing the reminder in the dashboard rather than having to go into the listing. for example QR codes. We have this as a task in our listing track to Generate the QR code for the agent, it would be much more efficient if we could have the template there ready to go so it would…

Updating Reminders & Tracks and highlighting when assigned to self
I would love when looking at reminders or notes from property screen if it highlighted my name so it gets my attention
Rex reminders screen would love to be able to edit bulk reminder due dates at once, and also add a "STATUS" note as some reminders might be pending other information or a task.

Autogenerate the rex users' signature on trust deposit receipts
Currently the person doing trust receipting has to download as a pdf, and then add a signature in adobe to the receipt, then re-uploading to Rex before sending the deposit receipt to purchaser. Would be a huge time saver if the person entering the deposits to rex has an e-signature autogenerated on the PDFs that rex creates for the receipts.

The days reminders sent direct to the user in a summary email at the start of the day
Every day, an email could be sent direct to the user of the day's new reminders - in a format like a spreadsheet, with the tasks needed to be follow up including a description of the reminder in the email. The email could come through early in the morning and provide a snapshot on the most important reminders to work through for the day (before opening rex or pocket).
This setting should be available to induvial users as an "on/off" setting.6 votes -
Zapier Integration needs to push description or pictures to Linked, Facebook, or Instgram.
Once this is done we can push listings onto these platforms which would be much better!
Spoke to Zapier they said the App Creators need to do this so Rex needs to update!

Portal Upload Fail Notification
We tend to have an issue where there is an upload fail to Domain portals - typically once the status has been changed.
The only notification is on the listing itself which tends to get missed unless you physically check each time.
Is there a way to get a notifications pop up in an area like reminders so we can amend the listing to feed to the portal?
