Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. New column required for 'for rent' list view (bedroom)

    Under the Properties For Rent list you can select the drop down box on the right side of screen which gives you the option for various different information to appear i.e date created, suburb, property manager etc, can bedrooms please be added to this? So when you are looking at the list the bedrooms appears without having to physically go into the property? Thanks.

  2. Update forwarding addresses when sold

    It would be great to add a forwarding address field for contacts with tick boxes to:
    Update Vendor Address
    Update Purchaser Address
    When we Mark as Sold.

  3. Assign the lead source to the new client source.

    When we add a new lead and create a new client, it would be good to have the option to assign the lead source type to the new client source type at the same time automatically.

  4. Printing Different Reports

    It would be good to be able to print different reports for the different portals we advertise in.

    I work for a real estate company, I put up advertisements on 5 different portals via REX, will be 6 shortly however I can only print one report for all listings.

    We are going to start advertising in China on the Juwai portal.

    When we want to send a listing to the Chinese investors, we only want a report on the Juwai and TPSS portals, pricing is different and clientele is different.

    The other report needs to go to the local public…

  5. Making the Pocket Agenda customizable

    When we print off the pocket agenda it shows the contact name and number only - there should be a way we can show the relative property, the current track assigned to that contact, etc. There should be an area we can select what to show and what not to show.

  6. Rep access to send own newsletters but not to others mailing lists

    We want to give our reps access to send their own newsletters, however we are worried that another rep could send a newsletter to someone else’s database/mailing list.
    We would like a privilege to set for each rep so that they can send their own newsletters but not to someone else’s database.
    Our reps currently have ‘Closed Office’ access. THANK YOU

  7. STOCKLIST - More information required on Public Listing Reports

    We are missing the following features when printing out our public listing reports:

    *inclusion of QR codes
    *ability to include a header and footer
    *display bed/bath/car spaces with icons under images

    Favourites tag for letters commonly used would be helpful rather than trying to remember the name of each letter

  9. Report for Settled In Period

    We would like a report in the Franchise Centre that will show every listing that has been marked with settled within a time period.

  10. Lead Types increased

    Currently we have General, Appraisal, Enquiry. To build a good database to see what buyers are interested in it would be a great idea to add CLICKS. So this is not an actual enquiry but it shows interest in a particular property by clicking on newsletter images etc. This will then allow us to build a profile of what buyers are possibly really interested in by their actual actions.

  11. Notify task assigner of task completion

    When assigning a task to a Rex user, it would be great to have the option to notify the assigner when it is marked as complete.

    It would be great to have this sent as a single email at the end of each day (rather than an individual email for each one) or some sort of a drop-down stream.

  13. VENDOR REPORT - 'Follow Up' to be counted as a phone call

    I love the new vendor reports. I think that when we enter "follow up" it should appear as a phone call in the vendor report.

  14. Task based KPI report

    In order to measure Salespeople’s activity is it possible to create a management report that allows us to filter by ‘Salesperson’ & ’ date range’ and will display ‘contact name’ & ‘activity recorded (reminders, appointments etc)’ by rep. This would be a very useful tool for management to assess Contact activity generated by Salespeople within a given time frame.

  15. A notes section in buyer match report ( that doesn't affect the match criteria and what it pulls up)

    So basically we need to put in as little details as possible to bring up the property match however I would still like to see an area that we can add things like, side access, solar panels. renovators delight, min block size etc.

  16. Under Newletters the order of listings needs reversal - new to old

    When creating Newsletters when we put in the current listings the drop box lists the listings with the oldest listings first. This means scrolling/uploading pages and pages before getting to the latest and new listings. To save time this should be reversed so that the most recent listings come first.

  17. ability to add a track from the contacts/properties/listings pop out box

    It would be great to be able to add a track without having to necessarily click in to the associated file and have the ability to do it from the pop out box.

    The fact that you can currently send an email, add note, add reminder, or add email suggest that it shouldn't be to hard to add this feature

  18. Commercial Parking

    Can you please add a drop down box for parking ie Onsite parking available, Free on street parking, No parking available etc. Entering in the number of car spaces isn't really applicable for all Industrial/Commercial listings and if you leave the car spaces field blank it uploads to internet sites as no parking available.

  19. OFI LIST - Order alphabetically by suburb

    OFI lists are best created in alphabetical order by suburb. Our receptionists find it difficult to have people holding on a call to filter through 2-3 pages of property addresses to advise the open times. Having the OFI report in alphabetical order by suburb would assist our administration staff greatly in being able to answer questions quickly and efficiently. The current reports work great for sales staff but not as practical for other situations, for the above reasons.

  20. Activity Reports

    Could the vendors email address and price be put on these as it would save time looking them up and price is a moving target so it confirms where price is at.
