Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Automatically add Leads to one or more Newsletters
It would be great for auto-parsed leads to be assigned to one or more newsletters automatically. It is a small job, but one that would complete our data entry loop nicely.
Perhaps specific newsletters could be assigned dependent on the source of the lead, which is beyond our scope at present but could be utilised in the future as well.

View Documents without having to Download
It would be great if there was a document viewer built into Rex. Most of the time, all we need to do is check a detail on a document and to be able to do that at the moment it fills up a downloads folder on your computer.

Forecast list for upcoming listings
On the property page it would be great if there was a simple drop down box with months and years to put the property on a listing forecast list. eg. Oct 2017. The ability to easily pull this list would be great as well. Currently I use an excel spread sheet and it is a hassle maintaining it.

Sort VPA items by most commonly used by that supplier - set the inventory up how you want
In the adverts and packs list where you add the supplier and items , being able to arrange these items in an order you want would be great.
It would mean when selecting the items in a listing the ones you used the most can be put at the top.

Colour Code Current Listings to differentiate it from the Property page.
It is easy to add data to a property page instead of a current listing page. If current listings were a different colour this wouldn't happen.

Have a 'today' button on the date calendar for 'listed date'
When a listing is duplicated to be re-advertised, currently you have to click through the months from whatever date it was last listed, in some cases this might be a couple of years. It's not a huge bother but a simple button to bring the dates up to current would be ideal.

Field box for Contract Requests
Create a checkbox or field that can be selected to show when contracts are requested by/issued to an interested buyer, under the feedback enquiry section.

Include 'Owners' & 'Tenants' column in property view
Add 'owner' & 'tenant' column to 'View Properties' page.
Do this via the top right hand side drop down menu and include both and 'owner' & 'tenant' giving each a separate check box in the drop down menu. Menu shown in attached image.This is beneficial to prospecting.

Report showing when contract statuses are due & 10 days for holding deposit
I know you can set reminders for when contracts statuses are due, but it would be good to be able to print a report for ALL CURRENT CONTRACTS, regardless of if only accepted, or unconditional, that shows when the next status is due. And also to include if deposit has been paid or not, and if paid, when the 10 working days for holding it is due.

My Appraisal Page - Highly Inefficient
My Appraisal - Highly Inefficient
My appraisal page needs the ability to add columns. So when we are touching base with past appraisals, we can easily identify the property (already added), but add the contact name, contact details, email, appraisal low range, appraisal high range. As such, when we are re-visiting clients we have already appraised, we can have all this stored information on one page versus having to click on the property, click on the contact, make the call and then go back to the original page and start all again.

Area Marketing Mapping
have an intergrated area map that shows which houses/contacts are registered on data base and which are yet to be contacted. Also to indicate status of house (eg. Renting, owner occupied ect)
Colour coding would be incorporated for hot/warm/cold leads.
Map will be suburb specific and be able to zoom in and out.6 votes -
Property Guru (NZ)
Can we please have a new integration for Rex where it will link with a Property Guru account?
We're aware that an RPData integration is currently available with both AUS and NZ, however a lot of agencies use Property Guru in New Zealand. Having an integration that worked with them would be very helpful. Can you please look into developing it.

enable Bulk Buyer Management, by Property/Listing, by Rating
Enable Agents to bulk-manage buyers for a specific property.
Enable agents to record buyer Interest (eg Cold / Warm / Hot), at a Property level (not at a contact level).
Enable agents to show all contacts for a Property/Listing, including their rating for that property, plus Notes and Feedback for that property. This would be useful for tailored callbacks, etc.
Enable agents to sort resulting contacts (at a Property/Listing), by rating. And ability to select some/all for bulk communication, by email or SMS. (eg agents may want to remind Hot buyers of auction details, etc)
Enable agents to create reports/extracts…

Commercial Listings - Floor Area Range
When there are multiple Floor Area options available - either in a building or warehouse, it'd be great to have the option to input a range for Floor Area.
Realcommercial allow this as an option, as it is quite common with commercial listings.
Could Rex add in a range field that can be sent for commercial listings?

We don't want users completing certain reminders assigned to them
At the moment a user can complete any reminder that is assigned to them. In most cases this is fine, but in some instances it would be better if they couldn't. An example would be contract dates - at the moment a user can mark a contract as unconditional or settled when we would prefer an admin user to do this. It would be good to have an option for reminders that are assigned to a user, but can't be updated by them.

Filter Contacts that are Linked to a Listing
It would be great to have the capability to filer contacts that are linked to a listing.
Currently you can only filter contacts if you have entered their feedback on a listing. However, some people enquire on a listing but don't necessarily view the property or give feedback.
It would be great to have this filter option so that I can let all buyer's know that have enquired on the property of the sold result, even though they haven't given feedback.

Manual match listings automatically attached to feedback
It would be great if the manual matched listings, sent out in emails were attached to feedback automatically. So that when you do a Vendor report, you can show the Vendor all of the people that you directly emailed the listing to. And also on the flip-side, when you are in the Buyer's profile, you can see all of the listings you have mentioned to them in "view list of listings attached to feedback"

Search Appraisals by date
On the default My Appraisal's page, it would be great to have a column viewable as DATE APPRAISED, or have the DATE CREATED as the date it was appraised rather than the date the property was created. I know there is some functionality through the advanced filters to search by date of appraisal.
Appraisals are one of the key functionalities that we work with, and we need quick easy access to all the key information - and one of these is knowing easily when the property was appraised and being able to search around it with ease.
