Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Make Stream Printable
Please make the stream on a listing printable so that we can print these / export to then email or post to an owner. As the stream and feedback tab don't merge information, notes added to the stream don't appear in a vendor report and therefore it would be handy to print or export this information to then provide to an owner of the property.

Ability to mark Rental listings as "Under Application"
Ability to mark Rental listings as "Under Application"
New option in the More Tab to mark the property as Under application.
Or create an Application tab, similar to the Legal tab for Sale properties with the option to mark a listing "Under Offer", that allows the listing to be marked as Under Application.0 votes -
Link to the webspages you have listed your properties to
Under the publsh/portals tabs - it would be good to have links to the portals you have publlished your properties too. i.e. if you want to quickly pop onto the website and check out how your listing looks you can just push a button.

Price indication in feedback section (range)
When entering feedback from inspections, can we please have an option for a price range? Sometimes buyers don't give you a specific price, they will just give you a range i.e. $520,000 - $540,000.

Edit Feedback, Individual Attendees - Click for thumbnail details
When adding individual attendee feedback under the 'edit' section of a combined open home entry. I would like the buyer name to be clickable to show the thumbnail popup of their details, so i can get their number to call, to get their feedback.
At the moment I have to click their name (in blue) on the feedback stream, get number to call, then click 'edit' and add individual feedback for them in the popup.
For an open home with 20 attendees this is a lot of "click-in / click-out" back and forth.

Ability to add further client details, when adding new 'Contact' in feedback section
Having the ability to add further clients to a new 'Contact' when updating feedback section and you come across a new contact (which happens quite often when entering home open registers). Details would include:
- Address
- Match profile
It would mean that when the agent is putting in their home open list and they come across a new contact, then they can just add in the details there and then, without having to go back into the contact later and add in the further details that they have obtained12 votes -
Pocket - Open Home User Ease
Hi
We are a new office to REX coming from using Homepass and there are some minor changes that would make a HUGE difference to the usability of the open house section of pocket if you were open to it1) when a buyer attends a property a history of properties they have seen is visible as well as how many times they have attended the particular open home
2) if the attendees could show in a list in date order when looking at the OFI rather then a click in list

vendor report by buyer
Sorry not sure if already a requested. But would be fantastic if the report filtered the feedback by Buyer. so any updated feedback was a thread under each buyer. At the moment its so hard to follow all the feedback and track the buyer enquiry, its all mixed up by date order. would be also good to filter by Hot warm and Cold. in Reality you could have the report so you can filter and sort by any of these things.

Previewing a commission agent ledger for a specific period
The option to preview staff members agent ledger for a selected period that is not a pay period. We use the agent deductions frequently and if we need a summary to show what has been charged to them we need to go into each pay period one by one. this is very time consuming and not efficient at all.

Account detail recording in cashbook payment
Hi, Auditors just completed an audit our first since taking up rex trust accounting. They have advised that BSB and account details should be in every payment. Would be very helpful if there were a field for this when completing a payment. Would also assist Qld agencies to meeting their requirements with OFT under the act.

Add an e-Newsletter opt-in check box to the Kiosk app
We have difficulty making our sales agents sign buyers up for our eNewsletter. Adding an e-Newsletter opt-in check box to the Kiosk app would be an extremely easy way to sign them up when entering an open house. It would be a simple checkbox, so it would be a simple yet powerful feature to add.

WITH THE ABILITY TO CALL DIRECTLY FROM REX IT WOULD REDUCE DOUBLE HANDLING BY STAFF AND THE ACTIVITIES WOULD THEN RECORD DIRECTLY TO THAT CONTACT AND PROPERTY THEY EITHER OWN OR HAVE ENQUIRED ABOUT.

Detailed Agency & Consultant KPI
I currently find the KPI reports are inadequate and have to swap from 1 report to another. I have used another KPI spreadsheet where all the information is pulled into the 1 and is quite detailed showing exactly the number and percentage of activity. This can then be pulled into a management kpi to show the perfomance in numbers and percentages. From here you can also see average management fees, average days on, list to sell ratios etc. This is very helpful not only to management but also talking to vendors.

All listing fields be available as mege fields for email and SMS templates, so you can populate property info, rates, body corp fees, open times etc into a template

Creating a survey & collecting names & emails and feeding this direct into Rex - Newsletter Subscriptions
HI
We are wondering if there is a way to create a survey with check boxes relating to content people would like in a newsletter and how often they would like to receive that newsletter and also collects names and emails of these people.
Once we have that info can it be imported into REX?

Making the stream more intuitive
As a sales person, when I go into a contact, it would be great if the important info was front and centre.
Yes, I understand I can type out a note and pin it to the top of the stream however there's only 3 things I'm really interested in.
1. Did someone within my company sell this person a home
2. Did they buy a home from us
3. Have we done an appraisal at their place
All of these things are entered into REX in other places so it would be really cool if the database was able to…53 votes -

Limitation of a new tag to super admin only
We regularly use the tag function to separate land estate stages & purchasers to prospects. We have one project where an external agent is used and they seem to create endless amounts of new tags. The external agent has "Agent: Hybrid Office" privileges however perhaps creation of a new tag should be limited to "Super Admin"

Last Date Contacted: Mass Action
A mass action option for the date last contacted. As some one who sends out a letter/mail/call at the end of each month to my past appraisals this would be a very handy feature to have. A the moment you have to go into each record. For me this takes way too much time to action. Thank you.
