Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Upgraded Newsletter graphics and functions
It would be great to be able to create top quality newsletters to go out in different formats. So for example adding sold properties to general office information or real estate news stories, to be able to create a Merry Christmas message with the ability to use graphics that included things like Christmas decorations, trees, santas, elfs etc etc. Or the ability to create a newsletter on our computers but be able to upload it to REX.

Mailing Lists
When adding in a new contact or logging feedback on a lead there should be another option to add them to a mailing list so we can subscribe them to newsletters or add them to the agent's list of contacts etc. Would be very helpful

Allow Agents to be on more than one team for PA and Buyers Agents
The ability for agents to be part of more than 1 team at a time so that PA's and Buyer's Agents that are working for more than 1 agent can see their agent's listings/contacts. They currently have to sign in and out of Rex if they want to see that agent's contacts. Its not practical when following up buyer enquiries. Also it is not appropriate to give them access to all contacts in the system.

Relating a Contact to a Building.
It would be handy if there was the option to relate a contact to a Building as you cal already relate a property to a building and a contact to a property.
this feature would make managing related contacts to shopping centers and large buildings easier.

Automatically tag through REA to Rex
Once an enquiry comes through from REA on a listing, can we set a rule in Rex that it automatically tags the contact? so we don't have to go back to the person and manually assign a tag?

pocket kiosk
Hi there,
Love where pocket Kiosk is heading... and would love to use it to replace Homepass. However there are two things that would be crucial for us to actually start using it.
1. Make it work in landscape mode. It's way easier to use an iPad/Tablet with keyboard attached, and most attach along long edge. If just using screen keypad it's much easier to use in landscape. And also if holding in your hands you always hold it in landscape.
2. You HAVE to make it so people already in the database start coming up when typing. There are…19 votes -
Multiple Bank Accounts to select from for Invoices
It would be great to have the option to select from different bank account details to put on invoices (i.e. marketing to go to trust and commission to go to general account etc). We've been encouraged to send marketing invoices via funds request as it is linked to the trust accounts, however most clients require a tax invoice and will not adhere to a funds request form.

Newsletters - make the pictures in the event table bigger and include more info
Would be great to have more event table options e.g. one with bigger pictures and more information i.e. configuration and advertised price. The current options look out of date compared to other programs and aren't very informative. Makes it too much of a hassle for people on the go as they have to click through each individual listing to see if the property is even relevant to them.

Which email has been opended?
I want to be able to search sent emails to review if they have been opened. Rather than search by each person, could a filter be applied to capture all emails sent in a week (for example). This option already exists in REX with Notes (you can access for System Lists).

Improved Vendor Reporting - Summarise all notes/comments under a buyers contact
Instead of having lots of little comments from each time you speak to a buyer, combine all the comments under a buyers name. It will make the report much more readable and have the most up to date feedback entry at the top.

History of Price Changes on a property
On all properties - could we have the list date and time stamped so we can see what has happened over time. And also it helps with offers so we can see what has happened.

The ability to change the date in Contracts on the dashboard - instead of having to open up the listing and then into legal etc etc and change the date.

Add youtube video to newsletter
It would be great if you could add a video to the newsletter much like how Active pipe and others will allow you to.
Activepipe has an integration directly with our youtube account so you just click add video and all the agency videos are there to choose from.

Report - Property Settlement Dates
It would be good to have a data box (similar to birthday one) against all properties so we can enter in a last known settlement date for that property. Then we can run a report each month and see what properties settled and send out a card. We can run a report of settled contracts of an agent but if we do an appraisal and they don't want to sell yet or may want to sell in a few years - it would be nice to send them a card on their anniversary even if they bought property back in…

Vendor Report - Total Enquiry Numbers
Total number of property enquiries shown on the front page of Vendor Report only reflects those which I have 'Approved for reporting'. This number should reflect the total enquiries received regardless.
The 'Approved for reporting' box should only relate to whether the enquiry is shown in the feedback stream of the report or not.
I don't need the vendor to see a long list of buyer price enquiry emails in the report, but I do want them to see how many total enquiries have been received.

Ability to have External Agent Referral Fee Calculated Inclusive of GST Total Figure (Commission Worksheet)
Can we please have the external agent referral fee take into account inc GST figures so that it is seperate to deductions that do not include GST Figures?
The ability to process a commission worksheet in this manner would align with our company policy which has been in place for 30+ years, and ensure that all data entered within Rex is compatible with other systems that we use.

REX - Add Reverse match menu item - to automatically filter by active campaign option ( excludes unsubscribed email/sms campaigns )
When you perform a reverse match, it brings up everyone with a 'match profile'. However, it does not exclude people that have unsubscribed from sms/emails.
We're seeing occurrences where buyers are getting annoyed because they have unsubscribed from communication, but still have an active match profile in the system.
This issue is compounded by the size of database/contacts that have an active match profile but have unsubscribed from email/sms communication. There is no way to see that in the reverse match list either without filtering further.
I see one of three possibilities.

Email Trail added to Lead responses
When replying to email leads thru REX it would be good if the clients initial REA enquiry appeared in the email body so when we reply to them they can click on the link to see the property they enquired about
