It would be good to have a data box (similar to birthday one) against all properties so we can enter in a last known settlement date for that property. Then we can run a report each month and see what properties settled and send out a card. We can run a report of settled contracts of an agent but if we do an appraisal and they don't want to sell yet or may want to sell in a few years - it would be nice to send them a card on their anniversary even if they bought property back in the 90s. Just needs to be a field box like birthdays - have used this with other CRM systems in the past.
