Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Permission Groups

    We have a PA who works with 2 Lead Agents. The only way our PA can login to the her account and have access to both Agents information also means she can see/edit all our agents information. Would be great if she could be in 2 separate Permission Groups (teams) so she only has the ability to update/edit just her agents information. At the moment you can only be in 1 team.

  2. Reminder Filters

    A way to filter reminders by tags on a contact or possibly add a custom filter in the reminders section.

    We have created a 'team' profile in Rex and there will be at least 3 people using the profile (as part of a team) and we are wanting the ability to filter their reminders so that they can see their own reminders.

  3. Automatic Watermark Images

    We would like the ability to automatically watermark all images loaded to portals with our custom/office logo. Set up in the backend, with a semi transparent image that meets Domain and REA requirement. A tick box to opt in or opt out would also be good to watermark ALL image or NO images.

  4. Contract summary sheet - buyer details

    At the moment the summary sheet doesnt merge the buyers phone number or email across. It only merges the sellers. It would be great if a merge field for the buyer phone number and email could be created.

  5. Region / Timezone over ride for office locations

    We have multiple locations across different states/timezones. The Region/Timezone settings could have an override in the “locations” for individual offices.

    As there is only one region / timezone setting for an entire account, the integration into outlook for events maybe incorrect for offices in a different timezone.

  6. Total Attendees on OFI summary in Pocket

    At the moment I can see a breakdown of my open home attendees based on feedback level… It would be great to have a total there as well so I don’t have to ad up the different categories of feedback

  7. Ability to mark Rental listings as "Under Application"

    Ability to mark Rental listings as "Under Application"
    New option in the More Tab to mark the property as Under application.
    Or create an Application tab, similar to the Legal tab for Sale properties with the option to mark a listing "Under Offer", that allows the listing to be marked as Under Application.

  8. attachment size increase 2mb and remove vote system

    Hi Rex
    I have two ideas, please increase attachment size, 2mb is pitiful, as most pdf with a photo on is min 5 mb.
    Second idea is to remove voting system for ideas, what is the point of having ideas that have a constraint on them? especially in this era of the internet, I would encourage more ideas not stifle with a voting system ???

    customise welcome message/email to buyers when checking in on Pocket or Pocket Kiosk.
    It would be great for individual reps to be able to customise a message to update and keep the message fresh, ask for feedback or offer more info/viewings etc.

  11. have match alerts for Sellers (is Seller or is Buyer)

    match is an awesome feature and I feel its under utilised being only for buyers and if we could put property owners on match alerts so they can keep and eye on whats listed and sold similar to there's that would be awesome. I think this is a simple fix by adding is buyer or is seller in Match profile

  12. Filter Contacts with missing address or postal address

    Once again this would be handy before doing any bulk mergs to filter all your contacts with a missing address or postal address so you can correct them before doing a bulk letter merg.

  13. Filter Properties with or without a related contact)

    This can help you connect the dots with owners you are yet to speak to and can give you good visibility. to be able to see what properties done have a related contact means you can work on these to get them into your pipeline.

  14. Completing reminders inside a contact record

    When completing a reminder inside a contact record - would be great if it popped up and asked if you would like to leave a note as it does when you complete them from reminders area. just think this would be great workflow.

  15. Please itemise deductions on commissions by agent report

    Currently the Commissions By Agent report under reporting lumps deductions together without description, rather than itemising them as they are entered into the commission worksheet. Please have these itemised on the report so that agents can see exactly what has been deducted from their commission on a particular sale, and for what amounts. Unfortunately printing the summary within the commission tab shows all agents on the sale and doesn't have the capacity to select just one specific agent. Thank you

  16. Copy Email Template name to description button to save time(no need to copy past)

    When setting a reminder email and choosing a template u need to put in a description before it will let you save. I suggest a copy template name to description button to save time here.

  17. Search for contacts without a track on then would be so handy.

    this would help identify people that slip through the cracks. its pretty important.

  18. Find Records Recently deduplicated through Admin- Record Deduplication - So you can clean after merged

    when you are running a manula deduplication through the admin area - you need to be able to find all records merged so you can check that the names are all correct and there is no additional fixing you need to do.

    This will save you time and if you already have a super clean database you want it to remain this way.

    When activepipe adds match status in REX, add something to the feed to make it more visible because the customer is making these changes and the agent may not be aware of it unless they are manually checking the match tab. Adding something into the stream will make it clearly visible

  20. Disclose or Undisclose Price When SOLD

    It is really frustrating that when you mark a property as sold that you MUST put the price. Some vendors/purchasers do not want to disclose the price and this should be a feature in Rex where you can choose whether the price is shown or not once a property is sold.
