Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Notes Section on the Trust Account tab
Similar to the VPA tab to make notes on what the funds are held (especially sold properties) for instead of having to keep a seperate list.

Trial Balance Report with More detail options
So you can print a report of funds held in the trust account for sold properties, withdrawn properties or current properties. To double check what funds you are still holding that should have already been disbursed for sold and withdrawn properties.

Make buyer match emails easier to access information
I have attached the screenshot - in order to see more information you need to tap the 'read more' at the bottom which is very small. It would be much better it you could open by touching the photo or text.

Automate name in letter through tracks
When doing letters through a track from the contact record the letter already has the contact name address salutation etc in the letter but you have to select the name in the contact name field. Why isn't the name being inserted automatically as you are working from the contact record not the property record.

Alerts for recurring appointments so they can be ticked off as completed
When adding recurring appointments the new appointment is then sets rom the day the previous appointment was ticked off as completed. This then makes it useless if the appointment wasn't ticked off the day it was due. Could there be an alert that comes up when the appointment is due so that if it is completed it can be ticked as completed which will then make the recurring reminder fall as it's supposed to.

Contact Group
Hi! I would like to suggest a REX contact group option. This would be handy for our tracks when sending emails through REX from Sales Agents to our Admin team. We currently have tasks that are set to email which we'd then send an email template from but there is only the option to add individual contacts from it. We use many distribution groups within our outlook email on a daily basis and I believe this could be beneficial from our CRM.

reverse match tags
Currently when performing a Reverse Buyer Match the only 2 options are: Price only, or Full. I want to be able to select to only match with buyers whose Match Profile contains a specific Tag.
This will create a far more accurate list excluding people who can afford the property but for whom it wouldn't suit, and only showing buyers who are specifically looking for that type of property.

Custom field date format to carry across in merge templates
Currently, when you add in a date to a custom field on a custom tab, it will show as (for example) "13 June 2018", but the format of this date does not carry across to merge templates. On merge templates, it will show as 13/06/2018.
This improvement request is to have the date format to carry across to templates.

Charts in Vendor reports for projects
For Projects:
There should be one Chart for Enquiry Source and another for say follow ups, private inspections. etc. Enquiry Source is great for showing where enquiry is coming from and also to relate it back to Ad spend. There should be only one enquiry source note per enquiry. Ie a buyer enquires on Unit A, then gets followed up, maybe a few back and forward emails (ie more feedback notes) then an appointment etc., that should be counted as one enquiry from say REA. In the current setup you could mark all the follow ups, appointments etc as the…

Search Box Functionality
Hey guys! I think it’s fantastic you can finally load a Mr & Mrs under the one contact rather than having to add two. However, I’ve noticed in Pocket you now can’t find them by first name. As an example, Chris & Ally Toft are loaded as Mr & Mrs and I can’t search their first names. Only their last. Hope this makes sense. Give me a call to discuss if required. Cheers!

A REX POCKET report that details all attendees for a weekend rather than a report for each property
With regard to REX Pocket I know that the attendees of each open home can be viewed by downloading a report for each property but for a high turnover agent who hosts up to 10 open homes each week this can be a very time consuming process.
We don't use the reports to send to vendors, rather as a contact sheet to enable the agent to follow up. What we are looking for is a single report for a weekend or OFI period that can be downloaded in a single report as a call list without the need to double…

Scroll through properties in certain streets in pocket for door knocking while adding notes at the same time.
It would be extremely helpful if we would have the feature of being able to scroll through and add notes to each individual property in a street without having to carry around rpdata sheet and having to add data later.

Attaching Documents to an Email - Default to Listing already Selected
When attaching a document to an email there are too many steps. You select the listing in "regarding" then after selecting "Attach Documents" you have to go through two more steps selecting "Listing Documents" and then select the same listing again. It would be great if when selecting "Attach Documents" you could default to the listing that has already been selected.

Under Contract
We are looking for easy way to mark properties as "under contract" without going to hell and back. We can only put sold or withdrawn ATM
eg without filling out all contract details etc
