Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Letter attachments

    It would be really cool if we were able to attach a pdf, so that when you merge mass letters, the PDF was attached as a second page to each letter ready to be printed double sided.

    I know we can add a page break then code an image but getting the sizing etc right is really hard (especially if we want to do this for dozens of letters and change the second page every month).

  2. Have the option to add BUYER MATCH from LEADS main page

    It would be great to have an option to add a buyer match from the main leads page dropdown menu whilst processing leads. Currently, you have to go into the contact to add a match alert, which when you have 20+ leads to process takes a fair amount of additional time.
    It would be even better also if when doing this the match alert pre-fills or makes suggestions of what to include in the match alert based on the listing they enquired on.

  3. Tenant attached to sale listing

    Tenants to be attached to sales property, easy access for tenant details when sending entry notices and contacting for viewings.

  4. Make the appointment tab on a listing available in pocket Rex

    When you use the appointment tab in a listing to book in viewing times you can not access this from pocket Rex, we need to be able to view and add appointments in this tab on each listing from pocket Rex.

  5. chain task reminder

    We would like the ability to create a reminder that is attached directly to the chain, this would allow sales chasers to use reminders from the home page to directly access the chain page rather than having to click the blue address, then the view button, then the legal tab, then the active offer then view chain. The process of going from a reminder to a chain would go from 5 clicks to 1. Thanks

  6. Creating a PDF brochure should be available to all agents and not permission locked as this is public information

    Agents should want their listing to be advertised as much as possible. Other agents should not need to ask for permission to create a brochure on a published listing.

  7. PNG Agent Photo won't merge as transparent when generating brochures

    After uploading agents photos to their user profile in transparent PNG format, and then creating brochures which feature the agents photo as a image preset/merge field, when automatically generating a PDF brochure via the listing page, the agents photo does not pull as transparent, instead showing a black background on the final product.

    In addition to this, merged PNG images also cannot even be made transparent in the builder. This is despite the fact that when manually uploading a PNG in the builder without a merge, and selecting it to be transparent in the top colour menus, the agents photos…

  8. Emailing or printing purchasers receipt only

    We have just moved to Rex and previously have always been able to generate a pdf of the purchasers deposit receipt so we can email it to them. Unfortunately Rex only lets you print both the original receipt and the office duplicate on the one page. Therefore we have to print the receipts, cut in half, scan the purchasers receipt into our server and then email the purchaser. This is so time consuming and totally unnecessary. Could I please request that the system be updated so we can at least generate a pdf of the purchasers copy only?

  9. Invoices to show GST Inc Subtotal

    One of our agents isn't very happy with the layout of our invoices - currently the line items are including GST, then the subtotal is excl GST. She asked if it's possible to amend the layout so that it flows better and shows a subtotal inc GST, with a breakdown appearing underneath it?

  10. Listing Owners / Related Contacts

    Once a listing has a related contact (Owner) then when booking appointments for that listing, the listing owner should automatically be added to the record with an option to remove if necessary rather than having to manually add them all the time.

  11. MATCH PROFILE LOCATION - SET WITHIN 30KM OF TOWN ETC.

    It would be great if when you are setting a location for a match profile, that you could select a town and 30km around that town. For example, we have a lot of clients that want Warrnambool or close to - so I could select Warrnambool or within 20km of Warrnambool.

  12. Commission tracks for agents on tiered commission structures

    Ability to setup tiered award settings for agents for it to kick in immediately without me having to check if theyve qualified.
    eg.
    Agents start financial year Apr 1 at 60% of commissions awards
    Once they reach 280k GCI then it goes up to 70%
    Then resets back to 60% 31 March following year
    Can I set something up where Rex tracks each agents GCI then automatically switches over 70 once 280k gci is reached?

  13. Auto Dialing & Power Dialer +Click to Call

    I use a platfor call JustCall for big prospecting sessions. so great u can upload lists and Click to call, Auto dial, power dial, predictive dialing, sms voice mail drop, sms, bulk sms, voice mail service & reporting. If it integrated to rex that would be awesome. so last contacted date would update and notes etcetera. Not sure how this would work but I think it needs to be explored.

  14. Show contract conditions in the new calendar

    It would be great to be able to see any listing expiries, contract conditions, settlements etc. from within the calendar.

    From an admin point of view, the contract conditions that show in the reps calendar, shouldn't be able to alter the legal tab which we don't give reps edit access too. So for instance, if the rep was able to mark a calendar condition as complete, this shouldn't actually mark the condition off the legal tab.

    From a reps view, they would still want to be able to track what conditions they have done. So being able to mark them…

  15. "Change Status" shortcut added to the action button on Listings from the Chain List view

    When clicking the action tab, it would be very helpful if there was a "change status" shortcut alongside the "View / Edit" and "Archive" CTA's.

  16. Search by key in Property rather than Listing

    Cannot do a key search or report when key is set to property rather than listing. Even though the key details will show on the listing (when added to a property), it won't show in report.

    I would appreciate this to be resolved :-)

  18. Is it possible for when someone checks in to an open to be able to add an dependent. instead of each individual signing into a code as this

    Is it possible for when someone checks in to an open to be able to add an dependent. instead of each individual signing into a code as this way we will be able to identify groups of people.
    Also, when a mobile phone scans in to sign in, it can't scan and sign in again for a different person. this is quite an issue as some guests bring elderly parents who don't have smart phones.

  19. additional fields when selling land only

    When selling land there are a few more fields that would be required to know, ie. Bush fire attack levels, Noise package or Quiet house design package requirements, LDP or DAP applicable and requirements imposed/ required, easement type and location etc.

    custom tabs allow for this however as a standard subset it may be a good add in.

    Settlement dates to be automatically updated as an event on the Calendar once processed in the property contract and or edited to a different date through the process!
