Bulk Reschedule and a Forward-view for Reminders
The problem
Reminders are my single biggest workflow bottleneck in Rex. I run a high volume of recurring contact reminders across my pipeline, and right now I have over 100 sitting in my list. When a batch of these become overdue, the only way to deal with them is to open and reschedule each one individually. With the numbers I'm working with, that's a significant time cost and it's easy to lose track.
The second issue is visibility. I can't easily see how many reminders are scheduled for a given future date, what they are, and which time slots they're booked into. That makes it hard to plan my week and to spread reminders sensibly rather than clustering them all on the same day.
What would solve it
Two things, both of which my previous CRM (Pipedrive) handled well.
First, bulk reschedule. The ability to multi-select reminders with checkboxes and move them all to a new date or time in one action, rather than editing them one at a time. This alone would save me a large amount of time every time a group of reminders falls overdue.
Second, a forward-looking calendar or agenda view of upcoming reminders. A view that shows what's scheduled ahead by date, what each reminder is, and the time slot it sits in. This lets me see my load at a glance and reschedule accordingly so my days are balanced.
Why it matters
For agents managing a large nurture pipeline, reminders are the engine of follow up. Anything that reduces the friction of keeping them current and well organised has a direct impact on how consistently we work our database. I've attached screenshots of my current Rex reminders list alongside the Pipedrive UI for reference, plus a short video showing how their reminder view works.
