DNC Toggle in Open Home Attendees (Rex Pocket)
Hi team, we would like to request an enhancement to REX CRM within Rex Pocket.
Currently, to remove DNC from a contact during an open home, we need to open the full contact record, go to Basic Information, click edit, and change it to “Okay to Contact.” This takes us out of the attendees workflow.
We are requesting the ability to update DNC / “Okay to Contact” status directly from the open home attendees section in Rex Pocket, ideally as a simple toggle — perhaps as an additional option in the action button next to each attendee’s name (for example, clicking the DNC icon on or off).
This would save time, reduce extra steps, and make managing contacts at open homes more efficient.
