Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

more options for a simpler export
From a marketing perspective, rex export file is incompatible with a majority of the programs we use to export the data into mainly because the "bare bones" data still contains too much data and there isn't options to do things like split first name and last name (even though when importing these are seperate fields we aren't able to have seperate name fields in the export. If i could suggest the barest export you can do would include name, email, phone number- with the option to split the profiles name and add a column to export which tags have been…

My Appraisals Pipeline
My Appraisals Pipeline - PENDING Appraisals Column. You can't always get immediate access from tenants so having a column for appraisals you haven't completed yet, will help to not have uncompleted appraisals fall through the cracks and get forgotten.

Multiple Listings for SMS
When sending multiple listings via SMS, it would be great if we can automate the message to include the names of the address and number of bedrooms, rather than just the link? It’s difficult for our clients to easily find a listing as they can only see multiple URLs without anything related to the listing. Please see below screenshot

Improve Phone Number Entry for Open Home Attendees in Pocket
When entering a phone number for open home attendees in the mobile app, the keypad is too small. It would be much easier if we could use a larger keypad, like the one used for dialing a phone number. This would make entering phone numbers quicker and more accurate.

This would allow eg other areas of the business (if you had eg a buyer's agreement) the ability to use docusign

REX Pocket: Include option to edit Attendee's address and other custom fields when registering attendees.
Currently, the input fields allows us to update name, phone number, email address.
However, Agents would need some customizable fields that they might possibly need to access during data entry. Example would be updating the current address, match profiles, tags, or adding trackers.18 votes -
Create a shareable contact link on Rex App
The same way a record permalink is shareable as a link for Rex on web. Please create a shareable link/feature on Rex app.

Change default reminder defer options
At present, the default reminder defer options, aside from custom date, are quite limiting. I would like to suggest the following default options:
Next day (Tomorrow - currently an option)
Next Week (7 Days time)
Two Weeks
Four Weeks
Eight Weeks
12 Weeks
Custom DateWith the above, I believe these would be more appropriate timescales which would also remove the 'this weekend' and 'next weekend' options which I think are pointless.

Add Available Date Field Into Rental OAB
Most of the rental listings advertised by other agents have available dates which is an important piece of data that is required to comprehensively track other agents rental boards and should be included as a data field in the Rental OAB section.

email attachment
Is there a way to be able to copy attachments to the REX contact straight from an email rather than having to save the attachment in a file and then upload as this would save a lot of time especially when working remotely

pop up box for features
Currently when entering features, you click on features and then scroll to the item and click on it and then you have to do it all again, for every feature. Is it possible to have a pop up box with all the items showing at once and click items you want then press save once. Will have a lot of time. thanks

Create a Simple Prospecting Call List on Pocket App
Create a prospecting section on the pocket app where you can generate a quick customisable call list while on the go. Have the 'actions' as icons on the contact profile to avoid loading multiple new pages and navigating away from the main prospecting list. The goal is to have an efficient way to communicate with our database contacts in the palm of our hands (simple - user-friendly design).

Improve Sales Progression side of Rex
I have noticed a few things as a sales progressor that i feel need improve and certainly being made easier.
1. When adding split chains having the option to add a branch off and end the chain on one split and not another.
2. Be able to have a different solicitor acting for a client for their sale and their purchase.
3. To be able to add broker details for the rest of the chain if needed not just a branch sale.

Campaign uploads
A simple upload from a spreadsheet of homes that are currently on the market straight into a campaign (ideally shareable between multiple users) that agents can access on pocket when doing doorknocking. Along with this reporting function of how many of the address in the campaign have been reached/amended/MA's booked from/Income from etc

Pipeline feature also under contacts
The pipeline feature looks great but limits usage to only selling property - as agents are increasingly moving towards buyers agency - this should also be copied over as a feature to "contacts"

Include Commercial Leases in the Dashboard
Is there any way we can get Commercial Leases (Rentals) added as a category in the dashboard?
Commercial sales and leases are treated as the same thing by franchisors, so it makes sense to have these included, not excluded.
We run our sales team meetings using the Current Inventory section of the dashboard as our standing agenda. Really good tool to talk through the agent/team pipeline.
Unfortunately, this is not useful for our commercial sales and leasing team as the commercial leases are not an option for some reason. Surely this is easy to add to the Categories section?3 votes -
Have the date field blank when adding an open inspection
Currently, the field defaults to today's date, as it is pre-filled it is easy to go to the next box and not change the date to the correct one which is very frustrating.
