Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Suburb or Agent Dependant Stocklists

    Could you please implement a category of suburb or agent to the stocklists so that users are able to create stocklists for clients to browse through their individual listings in that suburb or for that agent without showing all listings for the entire agency. This would be healful for individual agents as well as clients looking in particular suburbs or areas. Even an option to select the listings which display and those that don't would work so that individual agents can select their listinsg or those that pertain to a particular suburb. Thank you,

  4. Have a agency photo on public stock list report booklets

    Would like to be able to add an Agents photo / group photo or an Agency photo to the public stock list report booklets, maybe on the front cover or inside the cover.
    Promotes the Agency, puts a face on the information.

  5. Other Details & 'Key Features'

    In the "other details" & "Features" tab under "more info" there are only a few options for other details that show on Realestate.co.nz. We would like to see alot more features added like other companies have so our purchasers can see ALL features to the property not just a few. We think this is extremely important and can see other businesses can do this.

  7. Investment category

    I would like a sub-category of 'Investment' or a checkbox for 'Tenanted' property so that it appears on commercialrealestate.com.au under the investment search.

  8. Rename of Trust Account Payment Receipt

    Please can we request that the 'Trust Account Payment Receipt' be renamed ' 'Trust Account Payment Remittance' as this is showing a payment is being made, not received. Our Auditors brought this up last year.

  10. Date examples next to merge selections

    To make the process a little quicker, could we have an example next to each merge field selection when trying to create a new template. Or have selections where it shows the whole date?

  11. Make "source" field optional in leads, so they can be processed quicker

    we tend not to use the source field for enquiries that much,and it's VERY frustrating that for Every. Single. Lead. I have to click "edit details" then select the source, then click save, THEN process the lead....

    The source is great if you're interested in tracking those things, but if not, its a highly annoying set of steps to go through when processing every single enquiry. Other than for statistical purposes and reporting, I don't see why the source field is a required field in order for me to reply to the lead....

  12. Enquiry Monitoring

    It would be great to be able to generate an in house report that shows the various enquiry sources and how much each source generated. Being able to analyse trends and monitor which sources are generating the most enquiry would make life a lot easier when creating and adjusting company marketing budgets.

  13. Search for clients via their Location rather than Related Properties

    When you have not connected a property to a client via Related Properties, but they have a street address in their Location, We need to search for those clients based on their street or suburb. We need searchable fields like House Number, Street Name, Suburb, that you can search individually.

  16. Improved Vendor Reporting via salutations & intro

    Why is there no auto salutation in the comments. This seems a basic programming thing that would make the Opening/default phrase more friendly and customer like'
    ie Dear ( Bob) and (Helen), Hope you are well. Your property has attracted (xx) visits on the internet this week bringing the cumulative total since listing to(yyy) for "on-line viewings" -Then edit individual comments.
    This should be easy as each vendor has this data already populated. If you are doing vendor reports for 50 clients it is a drag to have to keep checking all this stuff. The Sales Secretary need only populate…

  17. Multiple Open Home Times on Brochure

    If you have 2 open homes on during a day, the current REX template brochures can only insert a merge tag for the FIRST open home.

    Rather, it would be helpful if the brochure could have both open home times showing by being able to insert a merge tag for the FIRST open home and also a merge tag for the SECOND open home during the one day. This means that the brochure for a listing will show all open home times for a specific day rather than just showing the FIRST open home.

  18. Sub folder in Documents

    It would be good if we could have a sub file in the documents to archiving past documents but still able to go back and look them up. The only documents in there then will be current and relevant to the listing.

  19. Click on Email Address and Mobile Numbers to send Merges to

    It has been suggested before to be able to click on the email address you wish to send an email to, I think this is important, but as well with mobile Numbers. My office keeps couples in a single contact record, so we regularly have 2 emails and 2 mobile numbers on the same record. I think we should be able to mark for example, Daniel and Maddison, whose email is whose and whose mobile number is whose. and be able to decide to sms Daniel separately, or Maddison separately in the contact module.

  20. The "my contacts" list to have the address attached to the name so this can be printed.

    When making calls we print out the contact list, however, we want to have the property address next to the persons name so we know which property we are talking about when speaking to them.
