Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Brochures to appear in price order when generating PDF from Listing

    It would be handy if we could have our brochures in price order rather than the current created dated to enable to export a mass brochure in price order

  2. Adding event open times in advance

    When running a pre-launch or "off market" campaign, it would be convenient to enable the addition of open times to appear at a later date on the listing when it is published. i.e. it appears on our website, the property is pushed out to our database, but the event open times dont display for 1 - 2 weeks etc. This would enable us to encourage VIP inspections, rather than potential buyers waiting to come to the opens.

  3. Letter Merges

    Do not contact, when we mark a property or person as Do not contact, can it please not include the property in a letter merge. Also, when certain people sell properties, they should not be included in the letter merge under the property when they are tagged as "past owner"

  4. Tracks- items set in the track to activate x days from last completed task(like daisy chan)better workflow

    instead of having your whole track start from the start date and roll out from there. it would be far better to have each activity set in the track to be launched (x amount of days from last completed task) this will give you way better workflow and stop any overlapping or huge pile up of things if you need to go away or stop work for a certain period of time.

    Would help with way better workflow and stop the need to defer tracks and any overwhelm that you might be activating things out of sequence if you need…

  5. Commission & Advertising Invoices

    Being able to print both commission fees & marketing schedule on one document that has 'invoice' instead of 'statement' and also a reference as to what the payments are because at the moment it is only invoice numbers which does not explain anything or show what is commission/marketing. If I want the above to work I need to print out a separate commission invoice and marketing schedule and that is time consuming especially on very busy days. Thank you! :)

  6. Change the background colour of individual content boxes in a newsletter

    I want to be able to change the background colour of individual sections added into a newsletter. Eg. if I add a Freeform content box, I would like the option to change the background to blue without changing the background of the entire document.

  7. Tenancy information section on listings

    A note section, perhaps in 'more info' tab to add tenancy information. (ie. rent, lease end date, tenants contact info)

  8. modify email templates on the fly in pocket when you are sending an email to a contact

    When you are sending an email to a contract in pocket and choose an templet it would be good to be able to modify the email templet for that client at the time so you can personalise it. Much like you can in REX. You load the email template then instead of just previewing it you can edit on the fly and then send.

  9. Show lease/sale on new sidebar

    New side bar should show listing owners noted whether a lease or sale. Example the person is the owner, listing owner and purchaser. This is very confusing - the listing owner was for a rental but does not say

  10. log calls on PC with Voip phone system not just pocket

    We run a digital phone system (all soft phones ) in our office & we want to see if there's a feature when you click the number in contacts on PC rex version that it will ask you the same questions as the pocket app and log the call. if I click the number now it will open up our digital phone system to call just doent log the call . Im getting built software dashboard that pulls number of appraisals ,listings sales etc but I want to take it one step further to pull number of calls . because…

  11. Listing - Show Price on Dropdown Preview

    When searching a listing, it would be great to be able to see the listing price in the drop down preview instead of clicking into it.

  12. Add Listing Agent to list of Assignees for Tracks and reminders

    Would be great to be able to change a task assignee with a track template to listing agent so phone calls for example can be assigned by admin staff as per office policy. Ie when i change a property to a listing and want my to remind my salesman to call the client in a weeks time as part of a set track i should be able to select listing agent rather than have to have a separate track template for each agent or manually edit the track as i would currently be required to do.

  13. Add time of appraisal & sync to calendar

    Would be nice to have a time field when adding a new appraisal which then syncs to your Ourlook calendar and also sends an invite to the Vendor with a message along the lines of "look forward to seeing you".

  14. Copy and Paste suburb tags into match profiles for speedy data entry

    Like many of you, we spend a lot of time on data entry, entering contacts into REX and as part of that process we always generate a Match Profile for the contact.

    I'm sure other users have noticed there is quite a few clicks involved when entering suburbs into the Match Profiles. You must enter them one by one by typing and selecting the correct suburb from the drop down list and this action must be done separately for each suburb in each match profile for each contact.

    Since this data is often the same between contacts who are interested…

  15. SMS's OFI Follow-up sent from app not appearing on vendor reports

    When bulk sms is sent from pocket by REX. The SMS is not considered under the snap shot of SMS agent activity in vendor report.

  16. Copy Email Template name to description button to save time(no need to copy past)

    When setting a reminder email and choosing a template u need to put in a description before it will let you save. I suggest a copy template name to description button to save time here.

  17. Customise mandatory fields for kiosk form

    Allow admins to make certain fields on the home open form via Kiosk mandatory so that guests can provide phone numbers or emails for follow ups.

  19. Include feedback in stream

    Would be helpful to show feedback in stream notes in REX + pocket as well so we dont have to flick backwards and forwards between the two and can get a snapshot at a glance. Of course feedback can then list all the feedback only, but the stream should be everything as it happens.

  20. Add checkboxes for "needs renovating" and "subdivision potential"

    This feature would make it easier to look after developers and flippers that are searching, which is important as some listings rely on those buyers and as an agent, there's an opportunity for repeat business.
