- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Expand address field
Frequently the address on a property or listing record is cut short with a '...', especially if you have a long unit address, which requires you to click on it to see what it actually is.
It would be nice to see this field expanded in the future to make it more readable, or alternatively shrink font size for longer addresses so it is completely visible. Example of issue attached.

Seprate Key Catorgory
Adding a dedicated Key Management section to the dashboard would be extremely useful. It would allow users to view all keys in one place and make logging keys in and out much easier. A filter to show all keys currently logged out would streamline tracking, and an option to display all key numbers in order (e.g., 1–140) would help quickly identify which numbers are available. This would make assigning key numbers to new properties far more efficient.

More options in the contact step-through to add Mailing Lists and Reminders
When using the contact stepthrough, there is no prompt for the adding of mailing lists or reminders. This means we have to go back into the contact after we're done with the stepthrough and then add a mailing list and reminder. Having 'add a reminder' and ‘add mailing list’ as a step in the process would streamline things and help us manage our clients more effectively.

Rex Pocket: To display how many times a buyer views/opens the brochure link.
This is so easy to see who is interested in the property or not. Homepass is easily trackable, shows what other properties buyers have attended in the past, and Homepass easily populates their names, without having to ask for their details every time. It's embarrassing and slow. It should send the sms check-in to the open home automatically, without having to be sent from Rex pocket to the app to sms from your phone and go back into rex pocket again. Its too many steps when there is a line up at the door to enter an open home.

OFI Registration feature
The REX CRM would benefit from having a screen or interface to use during OFI. Buyers visiting a property can enter their details via the OFI interface using the salesperson's laptop. This screen is to be used by the buyers inspecting the property. This frees up the agent to deal with buyers. The buyer's registration at the OFI can be set up to automatically send an email/text to the buyer with the property information. Bulk selecting & mass actions option in Email Dropbox
It would be really useful if there was the option to bulk select emails in the Email Dropbox so that you can perform mass actions, e.g. deleting. We have set emails from our Rex user's Outlook to be redirected to Rex for auto-filing, but consequently a lot of non-Rex-relevant emails also get sent to Rex. Currently these have to be individually actioned / deleted. Being able to bulk select and action / delete them would save a lot of time.

"Rural Lease" category for a contact match profile
The Rural lease category is missing from the property types. All other property categories are covered. We are in a rural town, and rural land leases are commonplace. This is currently a shortfall of the match system. It should not be difficult to create, as all other criteria are in place.

Listings
On the marketing tab, would it be possible to upload our own PDF brochure fully finished instead of requiring a brochure link? This would work much better for us, as we’re currently having to pay for an additional service to create a page-turning brochure. We’d be perfectly happy using a standard PDF for display on portals.
