Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

DNC Toggle in Open Home Attendees (Rex Pocket)
Hi team, we would like to request an enhancement to REX CRM within Rex Pocket.
Currently, to remove DNC from a contact during an open home, we need to open the full contact record, go to Basic Information, click edit, and change it to “Okay to Contact.” This takes us out of the attendees workflow.
We are requesting the ability to update DNC / “Okay to Contact” status directly from the open home attendees section in Rex Pocket, ideally as a simple toggle — perhaps as an additional option in the action button next to each attendee’s name (for example,…

Central store for files and attachments for email merge templates
When creating an email merge template (e.g. to be sent out automatically as part of a track), you cannot have attachments. You can have these when you send an individual email to a contact, but not in an email merge template. It would be really useful if there was file storage within Rex so that you could store and add files to be sent out in automated email merges.

Buyer Match Profile Added with every enquiry
Every time a person enquires on a listing, the match is added to their profile as a new match.
At present if it is not the clients first enquiry the match is not saved. People enquire on many properties, if we do not log the match the reverse match feature is less accurate.

Rex Pocket: To display how many times a buyer views/opens the brochure link.
This is so easy to see who is interested in the property or not. Homepass is easily trackable, shows what other properties buyers have attended in the past, and Homepass easily populates their names, without having to ask for their details every time. It's embarrassing and slow. It should send the sms check-in to the open home automatically, without having to be sent from Rex pocket to the app to sms from your phone and go back into rex pocket again. Its too many steps when there is a line up at the door to enter an open home.

User Shortcuts
Allow users to 3 or 4 shortcuts to left menu bar. e.g shortcut straight to appraisal pipeline without out having to go through menu's

Private Opens Home (Not advertised)
Having a "Private Open home" option would be good. You could set the time like an open home but the time is not publicly advertised. For example, a tenanted property who doesnt want opens or an owner that doesnt want opens. You can invite a number of people to attend the private open home "by appointment". This would enable you to check them in as normal and run it like an open but no open home has been advertised so no random neighbours etc wandering in. Getting multiple area postcodes loaded to the system for 1 area
Having options to load the post code directly or having all dual area codes for a town/suburb available to choose from i.e - Te Puke has 2 post codes 3119 & 3182 depending on if you are rural or urban areas
Papamoa has multiple (5) post codes - 3118, 3175, 3183, 3189 & 3187 (new papamoa east suburb). Not all are available in REX and clients are not happy when the wrong post code is showing online.1 vote -
Reminders get set to the person who creates the reminder as a default
I work in an office with a shared database with 3 others.
at open homes, I meet many prospective buyers who also have their own homes to sell
I get back to the office, create a reminder to follow up with them next week for an appraisal, only to get there next week and see i cant see my reminder.
This is because, an agent from another office was the first person to meet this buyer. HOWEVER, the agent that first met this buyer didnt prospect them as a vendor, therefor to them, this is just a buyer.

Vendor hub Stats
I would love to suggest a feature that notifies agents or provides reporting on how often vendors log into Rex Hub during their campaign.
Having visibility on vendor login activity would give us valuable data on how many of our owners are actively using the platform and engaging with their campaign updates. It would also help us identify vendors who may not be logging in regularly, allowing us to provide additional support or communication where needed.
This kind of reporting would be incredibly helpful in measuring engagement and improving the overall vendor experience throughout the campaign.

User Defined Field on the "Listings Page" in order to make quick notation on its ‘Unconditional date” or “Settlement date” or “Invoiced dat
I love the listing page as I can see all the agency listings in one place at one time.
For me being able to make a quick notation on its ‘Unconditional date” or “Settlement date” or “Invoiced date” is super useful as I don’t have to go into each listing

For example, leases, financial information, Sale and Purchase agreements and any dud diligence information. The key is for the agent to be able to view activity. For example, see if a potential purchaser has viewed or downloaded any docs. This helps qualifying serious buyers.
