OFI Registration feature
The REX CRM would benefit from having a screen or interface to use during OFI. Buyers visiting a property can enter their details via the OFI interface using the salesperson's laptop. This screen is to be used by the buyers inspecting the property. This frees up the agent to deal with buyers. The buyer's registration at the OFI can be set up to automatically send an email/text to the buyer with the property information. This auto-send feature also serves as a check for the accuracy of the buyer's email/text, with bounced emails received immediately while the buyer is at the inspection.
