Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  2. Ability to upload supplier invoices when adding a new VPA invoice

    It would be great to be able to attach the supplier invoice in Rex when adding a new VPA charge, so when an admin is processing incoming supplier invoices they can upload the invoice in Rex and when licensee/trust accountant goes in to process a pay run, can view those invoices easily to ensure amounts and details have been entered correctly.

    A notification when someone usubscribes from a buyer match. We can then delete the buyer match rather than just have it as terminated. If the buyer match is just terminated it still appears in the reverse match so the buyer gets another email.

  11. Marketing Tracking of UTM's through to the contact

    It we create custom UTM tracking fields on the contacts, there is no way to get that information to the contact via the parser.

    If we send as a plain text email, would be good to parse the fields onto the contact, so that we can monitor what marketing leads to an actual sale.

  12. Provide seperate do not call and do not email

    Could we update the Do Not Contact functionality to offer separate Do Not Call and Do Not Email options?

    Currently, the system only allows a global opt-in or opt-out. However, many of our users prefer channel-specific communications—for example, they are happy to receive emails but do not want phone calls (or vice versa). Adding channel-specific toggles would give users better control over their preferences and prevent unnecessary total opt-outs.

    Hi REX Product Team,

    Firstly, I wanted to say that Tracks are one of the most useful features in REX. We've invested a lot of time building workflows around them, and they've become an important part of how we manage listings and client communication.

    One enhancement that I believe would significantly increase their value would be the ability to automatically trigger Tracks based on property or contract milestones.

    For example:

    When a property status changes to Under Contract → Automatically apply the "Under Contract" Track.

  19. Tick box to add + GST (if any) to the listing price

    To add a tick box beside the listing price so there is the option to have + GST (if any) shown beside the price on the listing where required.

    In Rex Pocket you can type + GST (if any) beside the price and then it shows on the listing but when using the desktop version of Rex this doesn't work. Would be great to have a tick box to select or if that cannot happen for the field to be changed so you can type it in like Rex Pocket.
