Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Set default tracks to records
It would be really useful if we could set default tracks to different records.
For example, as soon as I set a property to "list" a track full of tasks for the agent to complete between listing and publishing a property automatically populates.
This could also apply to properties for "pre-list track" etc.
We have about 24 tracks and to make it as easy as we can for agents (and to ensure nothing is missed/messed up) just the single track would already be there, eliminating the risk of errors by agents.

Change to car parking spaces
At the moment for commercial properties we have to enter a number for car parking spaces in key deatails box
Most of our listings have public car parks and not designated car parking so we say in the text of the listing - Ample parking available or on site parking - however when listings go up to commercialrealestate.com.au we cannot type text in Rex - key details car spaces it has to be a number. We then have to leave as zero as we have no idea the number of car parks available - this then means our online listings…

Invoice date
We currently charge out advertising only when the property is advertised (week to week) however when we raise the actual invoice the actual date (of advertising) does not show on the invoice, raising doubts to vendors that the property was actually advertised. We particularly find this when a vendor withdraws a property from sale and we issue a final invoice...if it doesnt print with a date they get suspicious.

When loading documents into a property, can they be transferred across to the next listing?
When loading documents into a property, can they be transferred across to the next listing? E.g my agents load their CMA reports, agency agreements, POI sheets etc into the doc. section on the property however when I then list the property, the documents don't pull through. Then I have to download them all, save them to drive, delete them from the property and then re-load into the listing.
Would save printing if they could be dragged across.. even just a tick box for which documents you want to copy over to the listing and which ones you want to stay…

More detail on each lead in leads summary page to show the property the lead is for and all info on enquiry
If the same amount of info that shows in an email from Rex, REA or domain could be shown in the summary section of the leads page, an agent could prioritise which lead they address first, or even if its been dealt with on mobile already (in email until pocket gets leads added).
We realise its only one tap / click to get into the detail on step though, but when you’re dealing with dozens at a time and have more than one staff member checking them, the more you can get without an extra click, the more work that…1 vote -
Landlord or Seller Enquiry
Rather than simply book a Reminder, the system needs to register an enquiry with consistent data points that all staff can consistently follow. This is because a great initial contact engagement will assist conversion of the appraisal. Key questions that need to be in this Enquiry template :-
1. Why/who directed them their contact to us(Lead source-already mentioned).2. Why are they looking at selling.3. Where are they off to(may be interested in our stock)4. rental price guide figure
Is there a way to have the rental price guide added to either the More info tab near the rates information or added to key details on a listing? This would make it faster and easier to find a rental guide figure of other agents listings when on the phone.

Bulk Merge Emails - Attachments
At the moment when sending a bulk merge email, i've noticed that when attaching a document only the first recipient is receiving the attachment.
A new feature where the document attached to the bulk merge (overall) will be sent to all recipients would be great.3 votes -
Tracks and SMS templated merges
I feel like this isn't as much a suggestion, rather a imperfection. When working in a team it is important to be able to delegate tasks to other members therefore I have created a track for buyers. This track is assigned to my assistant Jess who will send an SMS on my behalf welcoming the buyer to our club and what to expect. Add a single format custom field for 'time'
Add a custom field in 24 hour date format that can only be filled in in one format to allow for better reporting and filtering.

New shortcuts for viewing your own properties and listings
It would be great if there was some new options in the Properties and listing Listings Menu. What we'd like to see is similar to the Contacts menu - so options for 'My Properties', 'My Listings' & 'My Sales/Leases'.
While we can create filters and save them, there is still 1 or 2 too many clicks to get there.

Legal details in property eg LOT and DP
It would be good to have the legal details on the property rather than just the listing - Lot # DP# and legal description -

Select "Related Contacts" as a header on the Property List
Select "Related Contacts" as a header on the Property List. This would be useful as our relationships are with the owners/buyers and it is easier to associate the property as significant (eg to Tag) when the clients name is seen.

Filtering buyers by price range on Pocket
I need help to win the listing. So how do I pull up my buyers per price range on pocket whilst I’m sitting with vendors asking for the listing? The new feature of reverse matching on Pocket is handy but I want to show a list of potential buyers in their price range to them without choosing the listings option?
I’ve tried filtering the “looking to buy” under my contacts but I can’t specify a price range there

New E-Brochure - Map
The location map down the bottom would be a lot better for users and viewers if it was clickable - so it expands to a full size map, or even link it to google maps, so it opens google maps (opens the app on a mobile device) and automatically finds the location of the property from the E-brochure.

SMS Brochure
Would love to see the new E Brochure as a SMS Brochure with an interactive map/directions.
Desperately want an interactive SMS Brochure to be released by you.
Ideally one that can be automatically sent to buyers after they check in at an open house as well as SMS Brochure that we can send at any time and also to the Match Profiles that only have a mobile number.1 vote
