Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. When a track is updated, updated already assigned tracks with updated tasks

    It would be really helpful, as we expand our business & ideas that when we update a track in the Admin section, it reflects on tracks that have already been assigned instead of manually going through each property to delete & re-enter a track to get the updated tasks required.

  2. adding an email that is not in as a contact

    When sending an email, can we manually add an email, that is not in as a contact.

  3. Updating Reminders & Tracks and highlighting when assigned to self

    I would love when looking at reminders or notes from property screen if it highlighted my name so it gets my attention

    Rex reminders screen would love to be able to edit bulk reminder due dates at once, and also add a "STATUS" note as some reminders might be pending other information or a task.

  4. Enable phone number link for Rex desktop

    User is able to click the phone number attached to a contact via Rex desktop and use Facetime or another program to call the contact. Similar to how Pocket is able to dial a number

  5. Make Open Home and Auction events viewable by anyone subscribed to a users calendar without giving full access to all appointment details.

    It would be very useful for Personal Assistants if they subscribe to an agents calendar and can see the details of Open Home and Auction events but not be given full access to all appointments as the agent would have personal/confidential appointments in their calendar.

    This would also be useful for joint listings because at the moment you can only add one agent to an open home so the second agent wouldn't be able to see the open home details in the calendar.

  6. Your letters and email templates are hard to organise

    It would be great if you could have categories for email and letter templates where they could be seperated for who they are intended for this will save alot of time searching through templates that seem to be in no particular order.
    eg Purchaser, Vendor, Vendor Solicitor, Buyers Solicitor, Tenant

  7. Mass action "add mailing list"

    Allow multiple mailing lists to be selected when conducting a mass action with mutliple contacts.

    Currently if you select mutliple contacts and add mailing list you can only add one mailing list at a time. Other sections of Rex (ie. within an individual contact) allows you to select multiple mailing lists so should be a simple fix to mimic the same selection type.

  8. Option for lead to automatically assign to the contact record owner

    The system currently has 2 settings for assignment of leads. 1) automatically assign to the listing agent or 2) leave the lead unassigned. I would like to see a 3rd option introduced to automatically assign the lead to a contact record holder if the contact is already owned by a salesperson in the agency. If the lead contact record is not owned by anyone in the company the lead to assign to the listing agent.

  9. Home open registration

    In Homepass it is possible to pre-register a buyer for a home open so they then receive reminders leading up to the open, then when at the open the agent can tick them off a registration list to check them in straight away (saving a lot of time when on site). It would be great if this could be integrated into Pocket.

  10. Ability to add/CC multiple contacts into a match profile email.

    When producing a list of match profile result, we are able to email flagged properties to the contact. However it would be helpful if to that email we could also add another contact into the email. This means that for example a contact will be sent this list, but someone who is involved or needs to see this as well could be cc'd into the one email.

  11. day of the week to home opens

    In the events tab for home opens, add in what day of the week it is, in addition to the date. ‘Saturday 13th Nov 2021’

  13. more than one seller for invoicing

    If there are two separate seller contact cards (instead of one for whatever reason), when that property has sold you can only select one seller when creating the commission invoice. Both sellers would need to be selected here. Please can we have this looked at.

  14. ebrochure

    Currently the eBrochure does not include the disclaimer from 'Portals and Publication defaults'. All the newsletters (just listed) we send link to the eBrochure with no disclaimer. Can the eBrochure be modified to add the code-grab for the disclaimer? And also allow ability to edit css?

  16. QR Codes to check into Private Inspections & on Pocket

    The new QR code update is fantastic but it can only be used at the time of an Open Home. It would be great if the QR Code check-in is applicable to the property at all times so that buyers can check in via the QR code at private inspections. Otherwise, there is no

    Additionally, it would be great to have a quick access to the QR code from Pocket Rex - so that it is accessible by any staff member conducting the inspection at any property. The QR code could be displayed on the agents tablet/phone device for check-in.

  17. GST for leasing and sale listings

    Display the GST box for sale and lease price when creating a commercial sale or lease listing. Currently the box only appears when the listing has been saved and the default is "inc GST". Often agents move onto the next tab rather than editing the pricing again which is an issue because the default for commercial property should be ex GST.

  18. Suburb Groups for buyer match profiles

    Rather than adding individual suburbs or postcodes each time you add a buyer match profile, have the ability to add a group ie Wester Suburbs which could be customisable.

  19. User's about to specify other user's to be able to send for (SMS & Emails)

    We are a large team and have multiple users within the team with an admin. It would be great to be able to set up a 'admin' user for the team and specify what users you would like the 'send from' section enabled to send from, instead of the whole team.

  20. Agent on Site Time for Land Sales

    When you have a listing for bare land, you can't add an 'open home' time or the listing stops feeding. I think there should be an option to add an 'agent on site' time so that people can see this option when searching for land and rural properties.
