Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  2. Sales & Leasing Comparables - Add Sold or Leased Price Details

    There are a number of reports currently available when searching for sold or leased listings (eg. public and public condensed). Using filters helps find comparable transactions.

    If a sold or leased price was added to this template then the report could be used as comparable transactions pdf and attached to an appraisal. Currently it shows all details but displays original asking price rather than the transacted price. Would be helpful if Price/sqm was also added ie. transacted price / building area.

    This would save hours of transcribing sold or leased evidence into an appraisal as we could produce the report…

  3. Option to Add Calendar Reminders to REX Tracks

    The ability to create calendar reminders directly from REX Tracks is by far the most requested feature in our office.

    This would be especially useful for scheduling key events like a 12-month or 24 month client follow-up calls or projected settlement dates, which are best managed through a calendar.

    Could this functionality be considered for future development?

  5. Contract Condition Tabs to Sync with Calendar (REX/google/outlook etc)

    We 1000% need any contract condition to sync with the rex calendar and in turn sync'd calendars like outlook etc. Agents are on the go and need to at a glance be able to look at their calendar without going in to the condition tabs in the dashboard.

  6. When a buyers added to REX, there should be a feature where REX will automatically add a track to the buyers. We use a Buyer track 24/7.

    I am wondering if there is any way for REX to automatically add a "Buyer Track" we have created to leads that come in automatically.
    For example, John Smith enquired on a house we have for sale, when the lead comes to REX, John's profile then receives a track, for the agent to then complete the track.

  7. More Time Slot Options for Bookings

    It might be worth having more time slot options for bookings. Currently, the 15-minute intervals don’t always align well with viewing needs. For many of the homes I sell, 20 minutes feels ideal—30 minutes tends to be too long, while 15 minutes can sometimes be too short. A 20-minute option could strike the right balance and improve scheduling efficiency.

  8. Caller ID showcase notes & property address

    When a contact calls you inbound it will show notes before you pickup the call / during and it will also show the related property and if they’re hot/warm/cold. This is good because it allows you to remember previous conversations on the go and be able to address people according to their interest level.

    Current: Duplicate draft listings caused by error in creation or imported listings can only be tagged as withdrawn to archive them.

  13. Document Tab Improvements

    It would be great to get some QoL improvements for the documents tab to make the admin side of things a bit easier:

    1. Default documents - a document which is automatically added to each listing and can be set to public/private. For example an In-House Complaints Procedure, or Guide to Buying a Property etc that can be accessed from websites.

    2. Multi-select documents at once to change their document type or public/private status, rather than having to manually change each one.

    3. Document 'bins', one for internal documents and one for public documents to ensure there are no mix ups.

  17. OFI Feedback

    It would be really good if when we were looking at OFI Feedback we could see the immediate contact details EG phone number for each contact so you don't need to navigate away from the screen to call and gather each individuals feedback.

  18. Extra Merge Tags

    We use the merge tags often. There needs to be more options for example having a merge tag for the Rental Appraisal, Year Build, Land Area etc. The field are there and we there are merge fields for council rates, water rates etc which is under the more info tab.
    The fields are already there, so why not get extra merge tags added!

  19. Auto Viewing Follow up email

    Email set up to auto send 12/24 or 48hours after you have completed a viewing to the contact in the system. I know you can set a this up but to remind you to send an email, it would be great it it just did this automatically without any human intervention.

  20. KPI dashboard

    I would love a KPI dashboard where i could enter in the average sales a team or agent does in a month yearly, that can be cross referenced against their current stats. Something where i could enter how many sales, listings, appraisals they need to make and how that is going in respective to month on record (what they did years previously) but also any new goals. This would help them self reflect and be a motivator.
