Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Ability to select which listing category uses required documents
Required documents is a great new feature...but it would be great if we could choose to use this for sales only or vice versa - rentals.

Adjust the events tab to include "Virtual Open home"
Under the events tab - keeping open homes... but also including virtual opens so we can let people know when we will be live on Instagram or Facebook for a walk through of the property?
Given the current situation around COVID-19 - this would be very handy.3 votes -
adding an address box when entering clients
When adding a client into the system, It would be handy to have the address field as well. I was entering in a solicitor but only had the option to fill in name, contact number and email address. I then had to search for the client/solicitor enter the address then go back to the screen I was on and finish doing what i was doing.. this would save time and not having to go back and forth. This idea would be great for when adding every client. See attached.

More options in the pop up box when adding a contact
It would be great if there were more options in the pop up box when adding a contact. This would prompt the agents/admin to enter more information and it would be easier for them to have a clean database.
For example they could be prompted to: change ownership; add as a related contact to a listing/property; add mailing list; add system tags.
If they are prompted at the time of adding a contact they are more likely to enter this information.1 vote -
Allowing feedback to be more easily entered
Would love it if we could enter buyer feedback more easily from the property stream. The current dropdown requires you to click view and then go into the next screen and move forward with feedback - Would be great if it just had a 'feedback' option here to make things a little more efficient. Thank you

want to do a variety of emails and then pick if i want LISTE to go out - in my name for my contact list ( others can see but cannot change)
Ok .. I want to do a few emails from ideas / concepts that I think of here and there and then add into REX and I may send to all my contacts OR I may send to a few hundred or 1000? Can that be done or I am not seeing it... Why do a REx UNIVERSITY to send an email ? Can I do this above or am I too IT unsavvy to get it ??
Happy for others in group to see my emails HOWEVER , they cannot change it.

Ability to Edit Vendor Reports
I don't understand how a system that allows for so much customisation doesn't allow for a vendor report to be customised?
I would love the option to edit the general layout and aesthetics of the report to suit my personal preference.The use of spacing and positioning causes a lot of wasted area and paper when printing off.
The ability to edit would make the vendor reports individual for all offices.

Add notes to listing when booking an appointment
When booking an inspection against the contact it would be beneficial if the property chosen was automatically updated with the contact

Living Room Icon on Brochures
Having the living spaces included as option on icons same as bed/bath etc. so all information is present.

Change the "Event" list order so the newest event is at the top of the list
If you have run a large number of open homes on a listing, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to see/amend that event. It would be much better and easier if the newest event was at the top of the list.

Filter Contacts with missing address or postal address
Once again this would be handy before doing any bulk mergs to filter all your contacts with a missing address or postal address so you can correct them before doing a bulk letter merg.

Create an Email Alert regarding Advertising Costs on Listings
I would like to see an email alert being sent to the sales rep and other authorised viewers of their Dashboard (especially PAs) when a Listing is nearing, or has just exceeded, its advertising budget.

View your Own Database in Pocket
It's a little unnecessary for me to be able to view all other users data in the Pocket Application, and would be a little easier to navigate if there was a setting which could be put in place to only show user data belonging to the currently signed-in user.
This could potentially be set up in the Settings menu, with a toggle to select:
-My Data
-Entire Agency DatabaseObviously this would only apply to users with higher levels of privileges (e.g. those that can view the entire agency's database), however, would be an extremely handy tool.

Delete Events on Pocket
Add the functionality to be able to delete Events (Open Homes) from the Pocket Application.

List of contact that inspected a list of properties in a period of time
Could you create a report (list) that would list contacts that have inspected properties (not just one but all properties or a select few) for a date range. Example, looking at buyer numbers for the week and agents follow up for that inspection. This would allow us to go through all the buyers for the week and call, sms or clean up the data for them.

Brochures to appear in price order when generating PDF from Listing
It would be handy if we could have our brochures in price order rather than the current created dated to enable to export a mass brochure in price order

Adding event open times in advance
When running a pre-launch or "off market" campaign, it would be convenient to enable the addition of open times to appear at a later date on the listing when it is published. i.e. it appears on our website, the property is pushed out to our database, but the event open times dont display for 1 - 2 weeks etc. This would enable us to encourage VIP inspections, rather than potential buyers waiting to come to the opens.

Letter Merges
Do not contact, when we mark a property or person as Do not contact, can it please not include the property in a letter merge. Also, when certain people sell properties, they should not be included in the letter merge under the property when they are tagged as "past owner"
