Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Sales & Leasing Comparables - Add Sold or Leased Price Details
There are a number of reports currently available when searching for sold or leased listings (eg. public and public condensed). Using filters helps find comparable transactions.
If a sold or leased price was added to this template then the report could be used as comparable transactions pdf and attached to an appraisal. Currently it shows all details but displays original asking price rather than the transacted price. Would be helpful if Price/sqm was also added ie. transacted price / building area.
This would save hours of transcribing sold or leased evidence into an appraisal as we could produce the report…

When a buyers added to REX, there should be a feature where REX will automatically add a track to the buyers. We use a Buyer track 24/7.
When a buyers added to REX, there should be a feature where REX will automatically add a track to the buyers. We use a Buyer track 24/7.This would allow for easier use of the platform and remove manual tasks.
I am wondering if there is any way for REX to automatically add a "Buyer Track" we have created to leads that come in automatically.
For example, John Smith enquired on a house we have for sale, when the lead comes to REX, John's profile then receives a track, for the agent to then complete the track.3 votes -
Mass Trash Contacts
I would love the ability to delete hundreds of contacts at a time - at the moment you have to individually delete them, I've got thousands of contacts to delete from the system that were not transferred across properly, i.e, number and email are missing or contact has been made into a business. I would of previously assumed there was a button under mass action, but there was not to my surprise.

Management Fee Tracker
Have the ability to track potential annual management fees for rental properties within the Appraisals section of Rex Software just like sales agents have the ability to see potential commissions.

Currently the listings attached to a Project are sorted by creation date (I assume). Can I suggest the ability to sort alphabetically? Or make that the default? It makes them difficult to find in a large list if they weren't created in the right order.

An option to merge all leads for one listing would be great - to send a bulk email to all enquirers without having to make a mailing list, I've not found a quick way to do this as yet.

Have the ability to do the following:
1. Newsletter send from & signature sign off from the first point of contact including head shot image of the agent with mobile number & email address.
2. The ability to add a hero listing to the newsletter. Only option is a list of smaller image properties.
3. The ability to setup a weekly recurring email with just listed properties for sale or lease for the defined period eg: listed properties in last 7 days0 votes -
Whatsapp Integration
We communicate a lot with our sellers/buyers via Whatsapp and have to copy and paste the notes from Whatsapp onto the clients stream eachtime. I think it would save a lot of time if there is a way to have this integrated

Add "Headline" for the property within the "Listing List" option in the new drag-and-drop newsletter format so it appears above text body.

Can we please have more details of the viewer in our calendar insert to our google calendar when we book a viewing appointment through REX? At the moment i only get basic details added to my calendar such as Title, date & time, description and location.
Our previous system gave far more detail like the viewers name and contact details, a link to reschedule or cancel etc. Examples are below...

Providing vendors with a draft listing in the form of an e-brochure for their approval before it goes live will ensure accuracy
To streamline the process, it would be highly efficient to share the listing directly with vendors for their approval before it goes live on online portals. This would eliminate the extra step of emailing them photos and descriptions, saving time and ensuring accuracy.

Prospecting: Categorising contacts at OFI (Investor or Owner Occupier)
When you are checking in an attendee for an open inspection, you are able to categorise them via the pocket app. For example Investor or Owner Occupier, or something customisable.

Meta Integration for data
Can we look to integrate data with Meta so we can strategically target our audiences through Facebook and instagram ads without having the third party import this data. This will ensure we can target ads specifically to clients needs and searches

Match alerts - garage only - why not car ports and open spaces?
We need a way where we can amend the garage requirements in match alerts on REX to also have car ports and/or open spaces? See attached.
Often buyers want a car space but not necessary a garage (or are open to both) and if we fill out 'garage' it literally only sends garage properties and not any that have open spaces or a car port, so I feel we are missing buyers because of this.

Could you please make the new HTML Builder available for email merges and tracks
Could you please make the new HTML Builder available for email merges and tracks, so that I can use it for all of our auto responses and tracks. Until then, I am not able to fully get rid of the secondary HTML email builder I pay for, because though your new HTML email builder is good, it hasn't fully integrated with your own system, so it leaves me having to still employ work around. Well done on the new email builder, would love to see it fully integrate.

Not publish listings that don't have a current list date
When you hit publish on a listing, there should be a function that won't allow it to be published if the list date isn't current.
