It would be good to see a report focused on OAB's to be able to easily identify:
Market Share and who your competitors are.
OAB's that could be coming out of authority very quickly.
Our developers thought very highly of your suggestion. It hasn’t been approved just yet (as the developers are still brainstorming possible ways that it could be implemented into the system) but we’re hopeful it will become a future Rex feature at some point down the road. Thanks again for your great idea, and taking an active interest in the development of Rex.
export REA and domain vendor reports into REX vendor report as a PDF79 votes
We are underway with including stats from REA & Domain into Rex CRM generated vendor reports
It would be awesome if we could have a customisable front cover for our stocklists. We would like the ability to edit the content, logo and add a picture if need be.53 votes
Just a simple change but vendor reports don't seem to have suburb names on - looks a bit unprofessional.
I currently find the KPI reports are inadequate and have to swap from 1 report to another. I have used another KPI spreadsheet where all the information is pulled into the 1 and is quite detailed showing exactly the number and percentage of activity. This can then be pulled into a management kpi to show the perfomance in numbers and percentages. From here you can also see average management fees, average days on, list to sell ratios etc. This is very helpful not only to management but also talking to vendors.

A character allowance is required in the notes section of the Internal Stock List. There is currently not enough space on the internal stock list to input all the info we require.35 votes
It would be a great to be able to add an expected listing date into the appraisals section and then produce a report showing the next (1, 3, 6, 12) months of appraisals, listed by ranking and grouped into months for expected listing dates and showing individual listing values and totals for each month...generated by agent or agency. This would allow a true report of future listing opportunities to be produced so that we can all forecast our future listing pipeline more accurately.33 votes
When creating a Vendor Report I'd love the opportunity to have a few selectable timeframes available. 'Entire Campaign', 'This Month' and 'This Week' make sense to me. I usually email the report through to my vendors so to speed that up pre-filling 'To' with the attached property owner and 'Regarding' with the property we're doing the report on would be idea. A stretch request would be to have a variable subject that is set somewhere in settings which would let us pull in variables like the property address etc so we could set a subject like, 'Vendor report for [property] - [dateRange]'.

I can see that there is a comments box to free write some text which then appears above the photo when you generate the pdf report.
If you then want to go back to the property, make a change and re-generate the pdf, it doesn't retain the free text from before. That's fine, and you can always copy and paste the text if you remember to.
Can we instead have somewhere within the property details where you could add some text which would then pull through to the report each time?27 votes
Thank you for the suggestion. We agree that vendor reporting as a system has a few areas of potential improvement. We’re looking to try and revisit our approach to vendor reporting in the near future.
I don't understand how a system that allows for so much customisation doesn't allow for a vendor report to be customised?
I would love the option to edit the general layout and aesthetics of the report to suit my personal preference.
The use of spacing and positioning causes a lot of wasted area and paper when printing off.
The ability to edit would make the vendor reports individual for all offices.26 votes
Agents need the ability to create a comparative report in the system that allows them to print a report with the following information..
- Property Address
- Sold Price
- Unconditional Date
- Release Date (if available)
- Agent Lister/Seller info
The report would need to allow the sort in sold price order, specify a date range (based on unconditional date)
It would also be handy to allow a more detailed report also that the agents can give to people that contacts the property photo, icons and small description, again with the search criteria.25 votes
In order to measure Salespeople’s activity is it possible to create a management report that allows us to filter by ‘Salesperson’ & ’ date range’ and will display ‘contact name’ & ‘activity recorded (reminders, appointments etc)’ by rep. This would be a very useful tool for management to assess Contact activity generated by Salespeople within a given time frame.25 votes
A report that indicates the most successful to least successful inquiry source. For example it could allow you to see if domain is providing more enquiries then realestate.com is. This could be show in a pie chart or bar chart also.16 votes
Thanks for the suggestions everyone! We’ll be looking at ways in which we can support this, as we agree that better exposing enquiry sources provides a lot of value. We will keep everyone posted if this feature progresses.
when properties are entered into rex and waiting for photos etc we still need to add them to the open for inspection list so that the scheduling of opens is made easier. We have almost double booked agents for opens because unpublished properties dont appear on the list.15 votes
Ability to run reports on activities completed by listing and for appraisals and for contacts- calls, emails, tasks completed
Used to help track activity levels.
Could also incorporate targets that the agent and manager can set and then review weekly and monthly progress.14 votes
We sometimes have two agent property listings. However, the OFI Times Report only displays one agent.
Please allow us to have ALL agents listed on an OFI time. Thank you.14 votes
We would like the Events List to filter by the event date in ascending order. This way we will be able to see easily which properties have events coming up. We would like it to only come up with Auctions/Set Date of Sale.
Listing Stock Reports - we would like a filter on this so that it will order by Listing Agent so that we can run 1 report for our office.12 votes
It would be ideal to be able to edit the vendor report - change around the order, make it more concise, save paper etc. The ability to duplicate and edit it as similar to brochures. The current design is non-environmentally friendly and we'd love to be able to change and edit the layout.12 votes
Currently the Vendor Report lists from oldest entry to newest entry - I would like the ability to keep the newest entry at the top so that fresh information is first. (I realise some Agents only report a week at a time, however if I am doing an auction or deadline campaign over 3 or 4 weeks I like to keep the FULL feedback in front of the Vendor and update for second and subsequent viewings so they have the complete picture.10 votes
currently there is no function that allows the user to mass action ‘apply’ or ‘remove’ data on tabs – this can only be done on ‘tags’ of for ‘record ownership’.
It would be incredibly efficient to have this functionality added. Currently all data has to be changed individually – it means the process of building out information, iterating and growing custom data is clunky and slow.10 votes
