Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

so that the agent can track there spending of advertising dollars

Released in Period Reporting
When viewing a 'Released in Period' report, the report lists the related properties by the date that the contract was created, not by the 'released' date field. As a business owner, budgeting is a crucial aspect of operations and being able to generate figures based on chronological released date is ]pertinent to forecasting. Could the team therefore look at a drop down function in the report which allows for sorting by 'release date'.

Notifications Sent To Record Owner When Someone Else Makes A Change
It would be really great if notifications such as an email were sent to the record owner when someone else makes a change to their records.
I am the office manager who makes a lot of changes/additions on behalf of the agents and how am I to know that they know the changes have been made?3 votes -
Midweek and Saturday OFI times displayed together against one property
Currently the OFI Report displays the property with a Saturday OFI, then further down the report it will show the same property with a midweek OFI. The Agent feel it would be better if the OFIs all appeared against the listing (not have to scroll down to find another OFI for the property).

Create permissions on the Marketing Tab so not all users can edit
Our marketing team is responsible for producing the marketing copy. With a large Sales & Property Management team, we would like to reduce the likelihood of any changes being made to the copy.
We would like a feature that would enable a read-only function for the Marketing tab.

Permission Groups
We have a PA who works with 2 Lead Agents. The only way our PA can login to the her account and have access to both Agents information also means she can see/edit all our agents information. Would be great if she could be in 2 separate Permission Groups (teams) so she only has the ability to update/edit just her agents information. At the moment you can only be in 1 team.

Email alerts
I would like to receive email alerts when certain things happen in the stream. There is a lot of changes in the stream with all agents changing things and rental properties as well.
I would like to know specifically when a new sales listing goes up, a property is withdrawn or a price changes in sales.
I think it would be great if you could be notified immediately about these things and not have to keep checking the stream constantly for changes.
Especially when the feed contains things I don't want to see.

Ability to re-order photos using Pocket App
Would be great if agents had the ability to reorder photos using the Pocket App. They can then do this efficiently whilst out-and-about instead of needing to log into a computer and do it through the Rex program. I'm surprised this isn't a feature already to be honest.

Split records function for separations and divorces
As so much of the Real Estate sale business is based (unfortunately) on separations and divorces, it would be good to have a button/function where you can duplicate a record after settlement has occurred which will split out the records so that the former Mr & Mrs will now be two separate records meaning no awkward correspondence to the previously happy couple. :-)

Reminders Pop Up
Reminders - would be great for reminders to pop up to remind you when you sign in each day.

Adjustment Reports
This is a report that should be available for print on meetings. It should show appraisals conducted, converted, lost, properties listed, under offer, unconditional and accepted for the previous week so the team is up to date with what is happening in the office. It is ridiculous to print 6 separate reports for one meeting.

Contingent Reminders
A reminder that is contingent upon a certain action taking place. For instance, when I mark a property as sold, I would like to be reminded to contact other properties in my database (in the same suburb) to let them know.
As we know, a lot of the moves we make in real estate are dependant on certain events taking place. Therefore, it would be great if our reminders had this functionality.

When entering a note on a contact there are options like Call, SMS, Letter etc ... but no Door Knocked. This is a huge part of all real estate activities, can we please have this added asap

Hi REX team,
Can you please have your developers work on a solution to eradicate the need for the Floor Plan to be a square 1:1 ratio file?
I know you do it as a "happy median" as your clients sometimes use A4 landscape and others have suppliers who give A4 portrait, but condensing it into a square makes it squishy and hard for buyers to interpret.
Additionally, Floor Plans don't traditionally look good in a square template anyway because of house layouts. It would be great if we could have the option to nominate a Floor Plan as either…

Year built
It would be good to be able to specify the decade a property was built if we do not know the exact year. A lot of our agents provide us with "1970's" for example. If we type 1970's into the box it removes the 's from the date currently.

OFI Attendee's
Once all the OFI attendee's have been added to be able to pool them all and send a template SMS that can include a link, like to a buyer booklet or similar

Icon for Car spaces on Holiday Rental Brochures
Please add a car space icon to the rental brochures
ATM the brochures don't allow a car space icon only bed bath and sleeps.
We think people also like to know that they can secure a car spot whilst on holiday.3 votes -

Can we please be able to print the stream? as a way of reporting?

Option to make the sold price not disclosed.
When marking a property as sold there should be an option to mark the sold price as not disclosed for those who do not wish to share this information with the public.
