Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Property and Contact Links should open in new tab on 'ctrl + click' - bypass menu
When clicking on the Hyperlinked name of a Contact or property, allow the user to bypass the pop up menu and go directly to the property or contact page when using 'control + click' on Windows or 'Apple-key + click' on a Mac. Right click can work as well.
Image part 1: Shows the current app behaviour and the pop up context menu that will be bypassed if a user ctrl + clicks the link.

Vendor name and contact merge field
There are merge fields available for Purchaser details including name, address, phone, email etc. The same merge fields do not exist for a Vendor. Could we have the same merge fields available for Purchasers for Vendors please?

Create E-Brochures with all current listings for one building
It would be great to be able to create a brochure or link that shows all the current listings in one building.
For example: An owner with multiple vacancies may request extra marketing via social media, so it would enable us to post one link that would show all the current listings in that building and make it more efficient to market the property.
Or perhaps we are showing clients through a building and want to give them a comprehensive brochure of everything we have to offer in the building.

Feature the contact name in the appointment
Currently when you open a contact and set a reminder being an appointment it doesn't show you who the contact is unless you click on it. If the contact could be automatically populated into the reminder it would save a click in the process

ID on commission pay runs
On the commission pay run feature, the ID should be the name of the agent not a number. This way it will be easier to go back and search previous commission runs per agent. rather than opening each one to find which one you are looking for

Health & Safety sign off
Would be great if we could get a Health & Safety signoff tickbox added to Kiosk. Currently I have to run Kiosk to enter customer information then a separate signoff sheet for Health & Safety requirements.

Invoices to companies
We need to include company billing details on invoices we send to our developers. Currently I enter them in the street address field and add the street address this. Then we need to edit the invoice as it doesn't load correctly. Maybe there could be different invoicing for the Projects module or maybe tab you tick to include correct billing details.

Tracks
Adding Target Contact to SMS reminder
When setting up an SMS reminder in Tracks, it would be useful if I could target a contact in the Track when it is that same person I would be sending the SMS to each time, eg my photographer.3 votes -
Adding company name to contact
Many commercial enquiries come from an individual but are on behalf of their company, there is no way to link them together at present

Date to be put next to buyer match
We would like a date added with buyer matches, so that we know how long they have been added and if they are out of date.

Allow user profile photos to have a transparent background
Allow for agent/staff photos to have a transparent background to be able to position better in brochure templates etc.

As per the old 'Full Advert' but with one big photo & 3 small photos underneath.

Ability to keep the marketing contract documents private to the portals and our website but to allow them to be automatically inserted into e-brochures

Order of Properties in Suburb
It would be great if when you put a list in suburb (there are a number of suburbs we cover) if the prices could be in order so that prices don't jump all over the place ie. start from lowest - highest, or vice versa.

Printable Newsletter
It would be great to be able to print the newsletters like a brochure for those clients who don't have email so we can post them out.

Contact entering
There seems to be a lot of double clicking, double handling and back and forth when adding a new contact making it a time consuming and costly exercise.
One single pop up screen when entering new contact/lead giving the
Ability to add ALL owners on one page (pop-up), including, resi and postal address, address of property if investment would help speed up the process plus the ability to add a "track' without then having to select a "target" property. Street List like the building feature
Can you create the feature much like the 'building option' that allows an overview of the street (what has sold/average price/bed bath car etc? It would be amazing to be able to have an overview of the entire street. Thanks

Weekly Contact Follow Up Report
Is your system able to generate a weekly contact/follow up report to show how many contacts an agent conducted? for example, the agent is managing 50 appraisals at moment, we'd like to see a report weekly which is an excel format to show property address, first contact date, last contact date, number of contact by email, number of contact by phone calls, appraisal date, appraisal range etc.

Private inspection - Agent Onsite (individual time slots)
In light of the new rules about no open homes I was wondering if Rex have thought about adding something to the events tab to reflect Private Inspections instead of open homes?
Maybe something like "Agent Onsite" - select a time eg. 1pm - 2pm and having individual time slots for clients to book within that time frame?
