Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Improve the UX around vendor feedback reports
When generating a report, the contact interest level is repeated when multiple contact records are assigned to a viewing.
In addition, it's not clear to the vendor what "Cold", "Warm" or "Hot" means when reading the report.

Rental return
If we could have a rental return field in the more info section that would be super helpful.
Our BDM would be able to put the amount straight in and other agents would be able to see it at a glance without having to delve into mountains of paperwork

Display small blue Ownership logo next to your properties (same as contacts)
When you search contacts, there is a little blue headshot next to contacts if you are the owner of the contact. This helps differentiate between contacts you own and contacts someone else in the office owns. This is a very useful feature.
This feature would be great if also applied to when you search properties. At the moment, you dont know at a glance when typing into the search bar which property record is yours and which belongs to a different staff member

Printing direct from trust ledger and not having to generate PDF
It would be more time efficient to be able to print the ledgers directly when the ledger has populated instead of having to generate the report then download then print. Way too many unnecessary steps.

Commission Worksheet
Commission worksheet to include following information:
Sale Price
Commission Rate
Unconditional Date
Settlement DateWe use a manual commission spreadsheet that we send to agents for there taxation and invoicing.
All these fields are the information they require.

Xero Integration - Draft Bills
Allow the commission to appear in Xero as a draft bill, rather than a draft pay run, after completing the Xero integration function in Rex.
This is applicable where commission agents are not employees of the entity, rather they're subcontractors.

Commission Cash Flow to include Advertising invoice
Is it possible to have the Advertising invoiced added to the commission cash flow report - it has a Commission Invoiced column but not advertising. That would save a lot of time having to add it manually

Print report of all notes, feedback etc. in listing stream
Need a way to print all the notes, feedback, tasks etc. that appear in the 'Stream' tab on a listing. As a dated PDF report, rather than a csv export. Useful when a full file report needs to be produced for a particular listing.

Integration with REINZ to electronically report unconditional statistics
We are required to report monthly unconditional statistics to REINZ.
Rex does not currently have a feed directly to them, meaning we have to manually enter the data separately into the REINZ website each month for every sale. This in our previous CRM was automatically feed through, therefore saving on double entry. It would be great if there was an integration with REINZ.8 votes -

Marketing Schedule to have Invoiced and Uninvoiced options separated
Please have Invoicecd/Unvoiced as separated categories when generating a Marketing Schedule
Currently the client is receiving Marketing Schedules with items previously paid for.
The invoice goes over 2 pages and looks unprofessional. The client only wants to see what the new Schedule is, not previous ones.1 vote -
Agency Funds Account
REX needs a 'Pay Agency' or 'Accumulation' account ledger that commission & marketing funds are dispersed to once a property has settled so that funds can be moved from Trust to General as they are needed instead of every time a property settles or having multiple ledgers with funds. There are a lot of of other trust accounting systems that have this feature so I am surprised that REX doesn't offer this.

Anniversary Track With Number Of Years
Hey guys!
I absolutely love your reminders for anniversaries on sales, but I wondered if you'd be able to add a feature to this where Rex counts what year it is since it was sold? Make life easier. I can never remember if it's been two, three or four years and it gets worse the longer it goes on.

Absentee Owner or Owner Occupier search function
I tried to mail merge to absentee owners in my farm area. However the only function enabled is refined search > Postal Address > Yes/No.
It would be great to find Current Owners in my farm area, who have a postal address set in another suburb i.e. an absentee owner.
Please can we creat a refine search:
Postal Address > Is / Is Not > [SUBURB NAME]
or even better yet, a feature to determine absentee or owner occupier contacts

Automatically send Trust account receipt to the person making the deposit
It is a legal requirement to send through a trust receipt, can you simply give us a option through a check box whether we would like to send one or not. Other programs do this automatically

Disclose or Undisclose Price When SOLD
It is really frustrating that when you mark a property as sold that you MUST put the price. Some vendors/purchasers do not want to disclose the price and this should be a feature in Rex where you can choose whether the price is shown or not once a property is sold.

Pocket App - Viewing match profiles
Hello. When viewing a match profile on the pocket app, it will only display a max of 20 property listings. This is an issue when we know that there could be more than 20 suitable property matches. Could we please view all with no limit.

Add CC section when emailing a match profile to a Client
Hello, at present we can only send a match profile report directly to one person and not able to add a CC in. Could we please request this be looked into as this would be of great use to our office.
