Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Add Drop Down List Option to 'Venue' Field Under 'Events' tab
Could you please add a drop down list option to the 'Venue' field under the 'Events' tab. We have a short list of venues we use for all of our auctions (including the option of "On-site") and would prefer to be able to select from a pre-determined list, rather than have to manually type the venue each time.

Add a new option of currency to the custom field type drop list, which automatically adds dollar sign, commas and decimal points.
Would it be possible to please request that a new option be added to the custom field type. That is, an option of currency, which automatically adds dollar sign, commas and decimal points, as required. This would be of great benefit to merge fields in SMS', letters and emails.

Capture buyer postcodes at Open homes
Hello REX peeps. I would love to be able to capture buyer post codes at open homes, using Pocket as we check them in.

REX and Rate My Agent - Option for Automatic Review Feature
To replace requesting reviews manually, reviews via RMA can be set up as automatic requests. Rex is currently isn't set up to opt in for this feature. This would save many hours of manual requesting reviews.

Custom Interest Level
Currently there is 'cold, warm, hot' as interest levels associated with contacts. It would be good to add in one more option 'uncontactable'. We don't know if they are cold or hot yet as we haven't been able to get hold of them. By marking them uncontactable we can then report on how many leads come through and what % were uncontactable.

Commission tiers
Further to Agent Default Commission, we would like to add tiers for the commission the Agent receives. ie Commission amount to increase depending on sales achieved for the year

Option to print based on receipt / payment numbers not just dates

Add a Suburb/Postcode field to the Pocket app
This will help agents find out what suburb the open home attendee lives in at the door when entering them into the app, this will create leads for agents to follow up with people who already live in their local core area.

Autogenerate the rex users' signature on trust deposit receipts
Currently the person doing trust receipting has to download as a pdf, and then add a signature in adobe to the receipt, then re-uploading to Rex before sending the deposit receipt to purchaser. Would be a huge time saver if the person entering the deposits to rex has an e-signature autogenerated on the PDFs that rex creates for the receipts.

Commission Invoices
Option to receipt funds "commission for sale" or "commission for lease". Dropdown option when creating a commission invoice. In particular for commercial rentals.

Completed reminders/track item to show on stream as added by assignee
If a reminder or track is assigned by one person to another, when the assignee ticks it off the entry on the stream should be "added by ASSIGNEE"? ie the person who actually completed the task. It currently reads as if the person who added the reminder/task did it.

Replace Key Details with Details to avoid confusion with keys!
The word Key in Key Details on the main page isn't needed
This is easily confused with the actual property keys.
Keys are further down on the same page, so keep the word key for the physical type!1 vote -
Add a Dial Icon to the phone number to allow direct dialing to phone app (voip)
Many programs have a phone icon that when you click it, will dial the number in the adjacent field, saving time and errors.

Cancelled appointments
Cancelled appointments. The fact that appointments have been cancelled are only obvious on the calendar.
When looking for feedback, they are the only obvious on appointments if you have gone into editing them, and they are still presented for feedback reminders.
A red cancelled tab could prevent time wasted and they should automatically be removed from feedback reminders.For example, both these appointments have been cancelled in the attachments but you wouldn't know.

show full email address when you look at contact details on phone app
unfortunately when you look at the contact of the Rex app on my mobile, the full email address does not display

Tagging contacting when quick adding them to a listing in the stream
When adding a contact in the stream of a property I often do the quick add where I can copy and paste the name, email and phone number for to add them in the database and against the listing. The only thing missing from the quick add is the ability to tag them at the same time. Having a tag option would mean we don't have to remember to go into the contact later in order to tag them as a buyer, or vendor etc... It important to us to tag our database so they are correct included in mail…

In the menu drop down box if we could have an option of 'phone call' as the way were contacted.

SMS Credit report
Can I make a suggestion for the developers to consider building a report that we can quickly check in advance what the credits are so we can have them topped up before we start a new campaign as accounts are often managed offsite so we then have to wait for the credit to be applied, delaying our process? Currently you have to go through the process to then find out you don't have enough credits to proceed

Rex documents
For future development ideas, Rex Pocket App to create the ability to have a generic documents (brochures, floorplan, etc) available for all the properties, so that agents can email with an attached document. Instead of manually uploading documents onto Rex web for each property.
