Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Notifications for pocket
To have notifications for all your own reminders so they're like pop ups so we remember to do them. Kinda Like how outlook pops up your reminders... lots of my aps have send notifications - is this able to come into pocket at all pretty please?

Contract Date Reminders
I would be great if you could set tracks to look for dates within a contract. For example, you might want a reminder to send an email 1 week after a contract was supposed to Settle. Because contract dates can be different, you can't use the current way a track assigns. But if you could select contract dates - in this case 1 week after 'Settlement date' - it would change based on the contract.

An ongoing pop up reminder when you enter a property/client card to remind of an ongoing action
An ongoing pop up when you enter a property/client card to remind of an ongoing action. Ie Email both vendors. / No Inspections on weekend

Add reminders categories
Being able to sort reminders by priority has been a welcome addition, however it would also be handy to be able to add categories to reminders, to enable grouping a day's reminder tasks into say 'prospecting calls', 'buyer follow up calls', 'vendor calls', etc.

Making Rex work for 2 agents who have teamed up together.
Hi it would make life so much easier for 2 agents working together as a team if their accounts were merged for billing, reminders and tasks. i have been informed that you are not able to make the 2 agents as one on rex however are you able to make so more than 1 agent can be billed for the same thing and it automatically 50/50 the debt and also that any tasks and or reminders would go to both agents.

Add Reminder button within Stream/Stepthrough view.
I personally love the stepthrough for reminders.
What would be fantastic would be once you're in the stepthrough, either at the bottom of the stepthrough underneath where you would tick off the task, or within the Stream tab instead of the Reminders tab, the button to add a Reminder instead of a note so from the one screen you can add a follow up reminder.Currently to do so it's a case of clicking out of the stream and then into the Reminders to then add a reminder and select the date for follow-up.

Automatic events 'Triggered' from Dates
REX needs to create some sort of ‘Auto-Alert’ system (separate from a Track) that enables the user to set up automatic events triggered from an event/date.
My previous CRM used to have this and it was AWESOME! You could set up an alert to email you a reminder say 7 days out from the triggered ‘settlement date’ etc. Please see the screen shots attached to give you some ideas as to what one could create “Alerts” on so they didn’t have to take the time to ‘count back’ from dates/events and try to assign some sort of track.Hopefully REX…

We don't want users completing certain reminders assigned to them
At the moment a user can complete any reminder that is assigned to them. In most cases this is fine, but in some instances it would be better if they couldn't. An example would be contract dates - at the moment a user can mark a contract as unconditional or settled when we would prefer an admin user to do this. It would be good to have an option for reminders that are assigned to a user, but can't be updated by them.

Reminders
When selecting reminders and tasks you have to always select and asignee.
It would be great if it defaulted to the logged in user and you had to select someone else in the office. The greater majority of instances where these cases are being completed I would assume to be user notes to chase up and seldom for others in the office.

Automatic birthday sms or emails to our clients
An option on the system that allows automatic birthday text messages or automatic emails wishing our clients with greetings. This should be a standard with the technology we have in the 21st century.

Is there a way I can create a list of people eg tag them then attach a reminder to call them all rather than just one at a time?
Eg I go through and search a particular group of people, make a list and would then like to add an activity to call them all and set a reminder to do so so that it shows up on my dashboard. It would also help when delegating old data to new employees to call through and clean up.

Completed date for reminders
When you have a reminder that is part of a track it would be ideal if the completed date was added to the reminder when you tick it off instead of the date that the reminder was set for. Most of the time the reminder date is set ahead as you are just "guessing" a date as it is part of a track that asks for in how many days is the reminder due from adding the track.

Upgrade of Reminder and Track System
We would like to have considered features we had in our previous CRM system that enhance it being more automated with the use of tracks:
- Ability to email both contacts from within one client record, so that tracks can include communication by email to both parties (or even outside of tracks general emails etc can be sent to both parties would also be most helpful)
- Ability to automatically assign when setting up the track who the correspondence within the track is to go to (i.e. When it’s a Seller letter, having to manually search for and attach the Vendor creates…

Creating a feature that allows the change of the due date for reminders in a set of records to be updated in bulk.

Bulk Assign reminders to contacts
It would be extremely helpful to be able to bulk assign new reminders to contacts.
Eg. I print 100+ letters for each of my reps every week that need a follow-up call the following week. It would be great if I didn’t have to manually add the reminder for each property.

Have the ability to search (my contacts) and view all that do not have a current reminder set.
To have the ability to search (my contacts) and view all that do not have a current reminder set. (missed opportunities). Assist on staff changeover to reset all enquiry ensuring we have follow up calls set.

Print detailed Reminder Call List
Can we print off call sheets (reminder calls from the dashboard) which will have the following:-
1. Contact details of owner, but not email.
2. Address of property they own/ or property they may be selling.
3. If they own an investment property the address of that property aswell.
4. Last entered note on stream.

Choose the default 'Assign To' with reminders (instead of being 'record owner')
When setting reminders, the default 'Assigned To' is 'Record Owner'. I would like to be able to choose who I have as the default. Personally, I would prefer the default to be me instead. Almost every reminder I set is on my own contacts which means I never change the assigned to selection. However, every so often I assign a task on contacts that belong to property managers when they ask me to do sales tasks and its so easy to accidentally assign it to the record owner in the rush to get tasks done.

This default is in place to deal with scenario’s where members of admin staff, pa’s and other staff members are scheduling reminders on behalf of record owners. It also helps to ensure that when record’s change ownership, so to does the responsibility of executing on the tasks themselves.
Happy to hear thoughts on how you think us updating the default to run off “yourself” would reconcile with the existing use cases and / or any alternative way’s of dealing with this you might have in mind.

Reminders to have a "Due Time" option
In addition to reminders having a due date, it would be helpful if they could also have a "due time" associated with them, so on the day the reminder is due, at the scheduled time, some kind of notification is made to the user (pop up window, Facebook-style notification at top of screen or something similar), so that they know they have to do that reminder.
This is different to an appointment, as there is no "end" time for the reminder - it's just a task that needs to be completed at a particular time.
